集料润湿状态对树脂沥青混合料的路用性能影响分析与改善措施
[Abstract]:With the rapid growth of China's economic strength, bridge construction has entered a period of vigorous development. Orthotropic steel bridge panel system has become the bridge deck system in the construction of steel box girder bridge by virtue of its advantages. However, the cooperative deformation of steel bridge deck and pavement materials has always been a difficult problem to be solved, and many scholars at home and abroad have done a lot of research on it. In recent years, the steel deck paving technology of resin asphalt composite system has been applied to many bridges in China, and good results have been obtained. As the integral layer of the pavement system, the material performance of resin asphalt mixture is very important. Combined with theoretical analysis and experimental verification, based on the surface energy theory, the adhesion between resin asphalt and non-dry aggregate is analyzed, and the effect of aggregate moisture content on the performance of resin asphalt mixture is explored. The improvement measures of water sensitivity of resin asphalt concrete are put forward. The properties of resin pitch were studied. Because the resin asphalt is a cold mix asphalt material, the performance of the resin asphalt is different from that of the common hot mix asphalt, and the evaluation index is also different. Through the experiment, the change law of viscosity, the construction and the easiness and the breaking strength of the resin asphalt are studied. Based on the theory of surface energy, the adhesion between resin asphalt and aggregate is analyzed. The results show that the adhesion function of water and aggregate is greater than that of resin asphalt and aggregate. When there is water in aggregate, water adheres to aggregate more easily than resin asphalt. Water film is formed between resin asphalt and aggregate, which affects pavement performance of mixture. The experimental results also show that the adhesion resin asphalt with aggregate is much larger than the base asphalt and SBS modified asphalt, which shows excellent adhesion to aggregate. The pavement performance of resin asphalt mixture was studied, including allowable working time, water stability, high temperature stability, low temperature performance and so on. The test method of simulating aggregate moisture content is designed, and the influence of aggregate moisture content on pavement performance of mixture is explored. The results show that with the increase of aggregate moisture content, the pavement performance of the mixture decreases in varying degrees. The quicklime was selected as the best admixture, and the effect of the admixture on the performance of mixture was studied according to Marshall test. The results show that the mixture can react with water to form calcium hydroxide after adding quicklime to improve the anti-spalling ability of mixture. Under different moisture content, the optimum content of quicklime is the best, and the low content of quicklime will reduce the effect of water removal; too much admixture will lead to the agglomeration of quicklime, and the volume expansion dilatation and crack mixture after water treatment. Through the combination of theory and experiment, the equation of the optimum content of quicklime was deduced, and the improvement measures of water sensitivity of resin asphalt concrete were put forward, and the construction technology of structure layer was studied.
