基于路线线形的AHP-模糊综合法桥梁安全性评价

【摘要】:桥梁是高速公路的咽喉,只有满足桥梁的承载能力以及确保桥梁安全通行的条件下,,一条高速公路才能安全的运营。可以说桥梁影响着高速公路的经济效益以及社会效益,它是贯通高速公路全线的关键。随着我国高速公路桥梁近年来面临的交通量大、汽车载重高、车速快而引起的交通事故频繁发生,事故程度愈发恶劣等现象,针对桥梁的安全性评价也势在必行。桥梁安全性评价是有效预防和降低交通事故的重要手段。本文立足于路线线形,对桥梁项目中影响行车安全的各种潜在因素进行分析和评价,及早发现问题并加以纠正,防患于未然,以期最大程度地减少人员和财产损失。 本文在分析桥梁平面、纵断面以及视距、构造物、运行速度等影响公路安全要素的基础上,确定了高速公路桥梁安全性评价的指标体系,具体包括线形指标、构造物指标、速度指标三大类,并给出了各指标的评价标准和计分规则;然后选取一种新的标度,改进AHP法对权重的评价效果。结合模糊综合评价理论建立桥梁安全综合评价体系,给出了评价流程和步骤;最后,对潮惠高速公路段棉湖榕江大桥进行了安全性分析和评价,验证了评价体系的合理性和可行性。该评价方法既能用于桥梁设计阶段的检查,路线方案比选,也可以用于对建成后的桥梁安全运行情况进行评价。
[Abstract]:The bridge is the throat of the expressway. Only when the carrying capacity of the bridge is satisfied and the safe passage of the bridge is ensured, the expressway can operate safely. It can be said that the bridge affects the economic and social benefits of the expressway, and it is the key to the whole highway. With the large traffic volume, high vehicle load, high vehicle speed and frequent accidents caused by the highway bridges in China in recent years, it is imperative to evaluate the safety of the bridges. Bridge safety evaluation is an important means to effectively prevent and reduce traffic accidents. Based on the alignment of the route, this paper analyzes and evaluates the potential factors affecting the driving safety of the bridge project, finds out the problems as early as possible and corrects them, and takes precautions against them in the hope of minimizing the loss of personnel and property. Based on the analysis of bridge plane, longitudinal section, visual distance, structure, speed and other factors affecting highway safety, this paper determines the evaluation index system of highway bridge safety, including linear index, structural index, etc. There are three categories of speed index, and the evaluation criteria and scoring rules of each index are given. Then a new scale is selected to improve the evaluation effect of AHP method on weights. Combined with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory, the comprehensive evaluation system of bridge safety is established, and the evaluation flow and steps are given. Finally, the safety analysis and evaluation of Rong River Bridge in Mianhu area of Chaohui Expressway are carried out, and the rationality and feasibility of the evaluation system are verified. The evaluation method can be used not only to check the bridge design stage, to compare and select the route scheme, but also to evaluate the safe operation of the bridge after completion.
