基于层位分工的耐久性沥青路面结构优化研究

【摘要】:耐久性沥青路面已经成为世界各国沥青路面最热门的研究内容,尽管许多国家都对耐久性沥青路面进行了广泛研究,也取得一定成果,但目前为止,如何设计耐久性沥青路面及确定结构参数上并没有统一的标准,,仍处于发展、完善阶段,另外我国也有必要改变半刚性基层这种单一的路面结构形式。因此,本文从路面结构层位分工的角度分析路面结构参数对柔性基层和组合式基层耐久性沥青路面结构的力学响应规律,研究路面结构参数确定方法,并对两种路面结构形式进行优化设计。 基于层位分工理论,分析沥青路面早期破坏形式和其产生机理,从而确定预防沥青路面早期损坏的耐久性沥青路面结构计算指标及具体指标。 选取典型柔性基层耐久性沥青路面和组合式基层耐久性沥青路面结构形式,并确定各结构层力学参数范围,建立力学计算模型。采用KENPAVE软件从材料非线性角度对柔性基层耐久性沥青路面结构和组合式基层耐久性沥青路面结构的结构组合及结构参数进行系统理论研究,可知耐久性沥青路面结构参数的确定主要是厚度参数。通过研究总沥青层厚度和各结构层参数与相应的计算指标之间的关系,用Minitab统计软件分析提出柔性基层和组合式基层耐久性沥青路面力学响应模型,给出了柔性基层和组合式基层耐久性沥青路面结构参数设计流程图以及如何确定路面结构参数的方法,通过比对相关参数关系图确定路面结构参数组合。 利用有限元软件优化方法对两种耐久性沥青路面结构形式进行结构优化,得出结构经济合理的耐久性沥青路面结构组合。
[Abstract]:Durability asphalt pavement has become the most popular research content of asphalt pavement in the world. Although many countries have carried out extensive research on durable asphalt pavement and achieved certain results, but so far, There is no uniform standard on how to design durable asphalt pavement and determine structural parameters, which is still in the stage of development and perfection. In addition, it is necessary to change the single pavement structure form of semi-rigid base in our country. Therefore, this paper analyzes the mechanical response law of pavement structure parameters to flexible base and composite base durability asphalt pavement structure from the angle of pavement structure layer division, and studies the determination method of pavement structure parameters. And carry on the optimization design to two kinds of pavement structure form. Based on the theory of layer division, this paper analyzes the early failure form and mechanism of asphalt pavement, and then determines the calculation index and concrete index of durability asphalt pavement structure to prevent the early damage of asphalt pavement. The structural forms of typical flexible base durable asphalt pavement and composite base durability asphalt pavement are selected, and the mechanical parameters range of each structure layer is determined, and the mechanical calculation model is established. The structure combination and structural parameters of durable asphalt pavement structure of flexible base and composite base are studied systematically by KENPAVE software from the point of view of material nonlinearity. It is known that the structural parameters of durability asphalt pavement are mainly determined by thickness parameters. By studying the relationship between the total asphalt layer thickness, the parameters of each structure layer and the corresponding calculation indexes, the mechanical response model of flexible base and composite base durable asphalt pavement is proposed by Minitab statistical software. The design flow chart of structural parameters of flexible base and composite base of durable asphalt pavement and the method of determining pavement structural parameters are given. The combination of pavement structural parameters is determined by comparing the relative parameter diagrams. The structural optimization of two kinds of durable asphalt pavement structure is carried out by using the finite element software optimization method, and the structural economic and reasonable structure combination of the durable asphalt pavement is obtained.
