成都公交司机心理疲劳测评研究

【摘要】:随着公共交通事业的发展和近年来公交车交通事故的不断发生,公交司机作为公共交通事业的重要参与者,其身体和精神各方面的情况是否能够保障正常和安全的工作也越来越受到社会各界的关注。 本论文立足于国内外学者的研究现状和研究成果上,针对成都公交司机这个特殊群体进行心理疲劳的测评研究,建立了主观问卷和客观测量相结合的实验测评系统,探索解决公交司机心理疲劳问题的建议和方法。主要的研究成果大致为以下几个方面: (1)通过对问卷调查数据采用1/3标准和加权标准评价方法处理,得出了成都公交司机不同年龄、驾龄和性别的心理疲劳现状,有效降低了使用单一主观测评法所带来的误差。 (2)通过人机工程实验,选取了成都3条公交线路,在充分考虑了公交司机实际工作中主要面临的心理问题,选取了心理疲劳的三个重要指标反应时、闪光融合频率和注意分配力进行早高峰前后的测量。运用SPSS软件对早高峰前后各指标在公交司机不同年龄、驾龄和性别方面的显著性及各指标间的相关性进行分析,并得出了结论。 (3)在3条线路的选取上,特意选取3条其他因素基本相同,仅站数和红绿灯数较少的11路与站数和红绿灯数明显较多且相差不大的59路和61路进行对照研究,得出站数和红绿灯数,即公交车停车次数对公交司机心理疲劳三指标的显著性分析结论。 (4)在论文研究得出心理疲劳三个指标无相关性的基础上,运用马斯拉奇1/3标准评价方法对三个指标数据进行评价,从实验测得的量化数据中得出公交司机心理疲劳的严重程度。 (5)结合论文研究结论,提出了对改善公交司机心理疲劳有意义的建议和方法。
[Abstract]:With the development of public transportation and the continuous occurrence of bus traffic accidents in recent years, bus drivers as an important participant in public transport, Whether the physical and mental conditions can guarantee the normal and safe work has attracted more and more attention from all walks of life. Based on the current research situation and research results of domestic and foreign scholars, this paper studies the psychological fatigue of Chengdu bus drivers, and establishes an experimental evaluation system combining subjective questionnaire and objective measurement. To explore the solution of bus drivers psychological fatigue problems and methods. The main research results are as follows: (1) by using the evaluation method of 1 / 3 standard and weighted criterion to the questionnaire data, the different ages of Chengdu bus drivers are obtained. The fatigue status of driving age and gender can effectively reduce the error caused by using single subjective evaluation method. (2) through the ergonomics experiment, three bus lines in Chengdu are selected, and the main psychological problems faced by bus drivers are fully considered, and the three important indexes of psychological fatigue are selected. Flash fusion frequency and attention distribution were measured before and after early peak. SPSS software was used to analyze the significance of different age, driving age and sex of bus drivers before and after the morning rush, and the correlation between each index was analyzed, and the conclusion was drawn. (3) in the selection of three lines, three other factors were chosen specially, only 11 routes with less number of stations and traffic lights were compared with 59 and 61 roads which had more stations and less traffic lights. It is concluded that the number of stations and the number of traffic lights, that is, the number of bus stops, are significant to the three indexes of bus drivers' mental fatigue. (4) on the basis of the conclusion that there is no correlation among the three indexes of mental fatigue, the three indexes are evaluated by using Maslach 1 / 3 standard evaluation method. From the quantitative data obtained from the experiment, the severity of psychological fatigue of bus drivers is obtained. (5) based on the conclusion of the paper, some suggestions and methods for improving bus drivers' mental fatigue are put forward.
