太子河大桥检测加固与模拟分析

【摘要】:我国在改革开放以后,修建了大量的桥梁,由于当时的设计荷载等级和施工技术与现在相比差距较大,这些桥梁承载力或运营情况已不能满足现在交通运输业的发展需求,随着时间的增长,加上自然灾害和交通事故的侵袭,其结构老化是不可避免的,如果不及时进行养护与维修加固,桥梁构件的损伤程度就会越来越严重,损坏数量也会越来越多,,最终可能发生桥梁局部构件损坏或整体破坏,所以进行合理的桥梁检测与维修加固已成为桥梁安全运营的重要前提。 本文主要的研究内容为总结T型梁桥破坏原因及国内外现有T型梁桥研究状况;阐述了钢筋混凝土T型梁桥的检测评估方法,并以太子河大桥为工程背景,分别对桥梁的整体及其组成部分进行检测,对其病害情况、损伤程度、实有承载能力、以及是否能满足正常运营情况等做出鉴定,针对太子河大桥存在的病害状况分析其产生原因,结合钢筋混凝土T型梁桥常用的加固方案和方案选用原则,确定太子河大桥需要采取的维修加固的方案,为综合运用增大截面法和改变结构体系法的加固方案,实施加固方案后,采用有限元计算和荷载试验两种方法来确定其加固后的效果,检测桥梁加固后桥梁变形和承载能力与加固之前的差异,从而判断桥梁加固技术的实际效果,最终得出Midas模拟计算与实际检测情况很接近,太子河大桥的加固方案设计合理,达到加固的目的,但本论文的模拟分析未考虑温度荷载,风荷载等,荷载试验车的布置考虑还不全面,所以还需更精确的研究并为类似工程提供依据。
[Abstract]:After the reform and opening up, a large number of bridges have been built in our country. Because of the large gap between the design load grade and construction technology at that time, the carrying capacity or operation of these bridges can no longer meet the development needs of the transportation industry. With the increase of time and the attack of natural disasters and traffic accidents, the aging of the structure is inevitable. If the maintenance and repair are not carried out in time, the damage degree of the bridge members will become more and more serious. The number of damage will be more and more, and the local component damage or the whole damage may occur eventually, so it has become an important prerequisite for bridge safety operation to carry out reasonable bridge detection and maintenance and reinforcement. The main research content of this paper is to summarize the failure reason of T-beam bridge and the current research situation of T-beam bridge at home and abroad. This paper expounds the detection and evaluation method of reinforced concrete T-type girder bridge, and taking the Qianghe Bridge as the engineering background, tests the whole bridge and its components respectively, and analyzes the disease situation, damage degree and bearing capacity of the bridge. And whether it can meet the normal operation conditions and so on to make the appraisal, according to the Qizaihe River Bridge existence disease condition analysis its occurrence reason, unifies the reinforced concrete T-beam bridge commonly used reinforcement plan and the plan choice principle, To determine the maintenance and reinforcement scheme to be adopted for Qianghehe Bridge, in order to comprehensively use the method of increasing section and changing the structural system, after the implementation of the reinforcement scheme, The finite element calculation and load test are used to determine the effect of the strengthened bridge, and the difference between the deformation and bearing capacity of the strengthened bridge and that of the strengthened bridge is detected, so as to judge the practical effect of the bridge strengthening technology. Finally, it is concluded that the Midas simulation calculation is very close to the actual inspection situation, and the reinforcement scheme of Taixinghe Bridge is reasonable, and the purpose of reinforcement is achieved. However, the simulation analysis of this paper does not consider temperature load, wind load and so on. The layout of the load test vehicle is not comprehensive, so it is necessary to study more accurately and provide the basis for similar projects.
