跨既有线混凝土门式墩连续刚构桥综合施工技术

【摘要】:本文以宁启复线电化工程中跨新长线特大桥为背景,对跨既有铁路线特大桥施工工艺进行了研究。该桥梁上跨新长线,由于线路纵坡和铁路限界因素制约,采用梁体嵌入门式墩盖梁的结构形式。该结构新颖,国内同类结构施工的经验较少。该梁体结构特殊、跨度大,施工中既要保证施工进度,又要确保既有线正常运营,施工安全风险非常大。本文通过对5种施工方案进行科学的比对最终确定采用将原来的跨三股线路优化为跨两股线路,增加道岔的方式优化施工。同时通过建模分析计算,确定了钻孔桩基础+钢管立柱+贝雷梁横梁+H型钢纵梁的大跨度组合支撑体系,很好地解决了既有运营线上方搭设大跨度支架的难题。该支架体系设计合理,所有连接均为刚性连接,结构刚度大、强度高、整体性好。在安全方面,本文针对施工工艺的特点提出H型钢纵梁上满铺方木、竹胶板等安全措施,很好地对既有运营线进行了防护。即保证了行车安全,又保证了施工中的人身安全。通过本工程施工方案的研究和实施,为相同施工提供了相应的资料,对今后类似工程具有很好的指导意义。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the construction technology of the oversized bridge across the existing railway line is studied under the background of the new long line bridge in the electrical engineering of Ningqi compound Line. Because of the restriction of the longitudinal slope of the bridge and the restriction of the railway boundary, the new long line is built with the beam body embedded in the gate pier and the cover beam. The structure is novel and the construction experience of similar structures in China is less. Because of its special structure and large span, it is necessary to ensure the construction schedule and the normal operation of the existing railway line in the construction, so the construction safety risk is very large. In this paper, through scientific comparison of five construction schemes, it is determined that the original three strands line will be optimized for two strands of lines, and the way of increasing turnout will be optimized. At the same time, through modeling analysis and calculation, the long-span composite bracing system of H-shaped steel longitudinal beam of steel pipe vertical column beam-beam of bored pile foundation is determined, which solves the problem of erecting large-span support over the existing operation line. The design of the support system is reasonable, all the connections are rigid connections, the structure stiffness is high, the strength is high, and the integrity is good. In terms of safety, according to the characteristics of construction technology, this paper puts forward safety measures such as covered square wood and bamboo plywood on H-section steel longitudinal beam, which can protect the existing operation line well. That is, to ensure the safety of driving, but also to ensure the construction of personal safety. Through the research and implementation of the construction scheme of this project, it provides the corresponding data for the same construction, and has a good guiding significance for the similar projects in the future.
