盾构法施工大坡度巷道管片受力及围岩稳定性探讨

【摘要】:大坡度隧道(巷道)的掘进过去很少用到盾构,一般用钻爆法等传统方法施工,随着国家建设的快速进行,这些方法由于施工速度慢,已经不再满足要求快速、经济的大坡度隧道(巷道)的建设需求。与此同时,盾构法安全、高效、快速、环保等优点在施工领域得到了更大的体现,运用盾构法在大坡度隧道(巷道)中施工是一种必然趋势。当然,不能否认,由于理论水平较低,施工经验也严重欠缺,运用盾构法对大坡度隧道(巷道)施工还有许多问题需要研究和解决,其中管片衬砌结构的受力和围岩稳定性的问题对工程建设影响很大,研究它们具有深远的意义。 本文依托新街台格庙矿区的大坡度巷道建设项目,探讨了大坡度隧道(巷道)管片参数的选型;提出了大坡度隧道(巷道)外荷载及管片受力的计算公式;通过运用惯用法,对新街台格庙矿区盾构管片受力进行了计算,得到了埋深对管片受力的影响规律;然后对坡角增大后管片受力进行计算,比较后得到了坡角对管片受力的影响规律;提出了大坡度隧道(巷道)盾构推力的计算公式,并对新街台格庙矿区盾构推力进行了计算,,得到了埋深对盾构推力的影响规律;然后计算了坡角增大后的盾构推力,比较总结出了坡角对盾构推力的影响规律;运用FLAC3D对大坡度隧道(巷道)周边围岩变形情况进行了模拟,得到了新街台格庙矿区的围岩变形情况;通过与增大坡角后的围岩变形情况进行对比,得到了坡角对围岩变形的影响规律。 本文得到了大坡度隧道(巷道)在管片受力、盾构推力和围岩稳定性方面随着埋深与坡角的变化而呈现的规律,对相关基础理论研究具有一定的借鉴意义,对施工具有一定的参考价值。
[Abstract]:In the past, shield tunneling was rarely used in the excavation of large slope tunnels (roadways). In general, traditional methods such as drilling and blasting methods were used in construction. With the rapid development of the country, these methods are no longer able to meet the requirements quickly because of the slow construction speed. Economic large slope tunnel (roadway) construction needs. At the same time, the advantages of shield method, such as safety, efficiency, speed and environmental protection, have been more reflected in the field of construction. It is an inevitable trend to use shield method in the construction of large slope tunnel (roadway). Of course, it can not be denied that because of the low theoretical level and the serious lack of construction experience, there are still many problems to be studied and solved by using shield method in the construction of large slope tunnels (roadways). The stress of segment lining structure and the stability of surrounding rock have great influence on engineering construction, so it is of great significance to study them. Based on the construction project of large slope roadway in Xinjie Taekemiao mining area, this paper discusses the selection of segment parameters of large slope tunnel (roadway), and puts forward the calculation formula of external load and segment force of large slope tunnel (roadway). By using the customary method, the force of shield segment in Xinjie Taegemiao mining area is calculated, and the influence of buried depth on segment force is obtained. Then, the influence of slope angle on the stress of the segment is obtained by comparing the stress of the segment with the increase of slope angle. The calculation formula of shield thrust in large slope tunnel (roadway) is put forward, and the shield thrust in Xinjie Taegemiao mining area is calculated, and the influence of buried depth on shield thrust is obtained. Then the influence of slope angle on shield thrust is compared and summarized. The deformation of surrounding rock around large slope tunnel (roadway) is simulated by FLAC3D, and the deformation of surrounding rock in Xinjie Taekemiao mining area is obtained. By comparing with the deformation of surrounding rock after increasing slope angle, the influence law of slope angle on surrounding rock deformation is obtained. In this paper, the law of large slope tunnel (roadway) with the change of burying depth and slope angle in the aspects of segment force, shield thrust and surrounding rock stability is obtained, which has some reference significance for the research of relevant basic theory. It has certain reference value to the construction.
