工业化中后期地区超重车辆现状评估预测及标准疲劳车研究

【摘要】:随着我国工业化水平的不断提升,我国基本步入工业化中、后期阶段。工业发展带来的车辆超重问题、道路桥梁的疲劳问题逐渐成为当前车辆荷载研究的重点。据此,本文基于京珠、渝湛和粤赣三条高速公路所获得实测车辆荷载数据,得到超重车辆的尾部模型和标准疲劳车辆荷载模型。这对我国超重车辆的管理及现行规范关于疲劳荷载模型的完善提供较大的参考价值。具体研究内容如下:首先,利用动态称重系统WIM(Weight In Motion)获取的350万辆车辆荷载数据进行统计分析。对统计车辆数据分别按总重、轴重、轴距分类统计,并对三条高速公路的超重车辆的情况进行统计分析,描述了其车辆荷载特征,反映了各条高速公路当前运营车辆荷载现状。其次,基于三条高速的超重荷载数据,采用极值理论、阈值模型和极大似然估计等理论,构建了三种代表车辆的车重极值尾部分布函数,进而整合得到了任意超重车辆的尾部分布函数。由此推算出未来任意重现期内可能出现的车辆荷载的极值,建立了工业化中后期地区运营车辆荷载变异的数学描述。最后,依据运营车辆构成及等效损伤原理,抽象出四轴、六轴两种标准疲劳车模型;与规范建议的两种疲劳模型对比后发现,该模型对反映中小跨径桥梁的疲劳损伤时有更好的适用性;将考虑了车辆荷载增长变化的疲劳荷载作为本文的最终确定的标准疲劳荷载模型。
[Abstract]:Along with our country industrialization level unceasing enhancement, our country enters the industrialization basically, the later stage. The problem of vehicle overweight caused by industrial development and the fatigue of road and bridge gradually become the focus of vehicle load research. Based on the measured vehicle load data obtained from Beijing-Zhujiang, Yuzhan and Guangdong-Jiangxi freeways, the tail model and standard fatigue vehicle load model of overweight vehicles are obtained in this paper. This provides a great reference value for the management of overweight vehicles in China and the improvement of fatigue load models in current codes. The main contents are as follows: firstly, the load data of 3.5 million vehicles obtained by dynamic weighing system (WIM (Weight In Motion) are analyzed statistically. The statistical data of vehicles are classified according to gross weight and wheelbase, and the situation of overweight vehicles in three highways is analyzed, and the characteristics of vehicle load are described, which reflects the current situation of vehicle load on each expressway. Secondly, based on three high speed overweight load data, using extreme value theory, threshold model and maximum likelihood estimation theory, three kinds of vehicle weight extreme tail distribution functions are constructed. Furthermore, the tail distribution function of any overweight vehicle is obtained by integration. The extreme value of the vehicle load which may appear in any recurrence period in the future is calculated, and the mathematical description of the variation of the operating vehicle load in the middle and late period of industrialization is established. Finally, according to the operating vehicle composition and equivalent damage principle, the four-axle and six-axle standard fatigue vehicle models are abstracted. Comparing with the two fatigue models suggested by the code, it is found that the model is more suitable for reflecting the fatigue damage of medium and small span bridges. The fatigue load, which takes into account the variation of vehicle load growth, is considered as the final standard fatigue load model in this paper.
