基于MFD的路网周边交通控制策略与仿真

【摘要】:宏观基本图(Macroscopic Fundamental Diagrams,MFD)是路网的固有属性,可从宏观层面监视和预测路网交通运行状态。鉴于此,该文提出基于MFD的路网周边交通控制策略,其思路是依据MFD理论确定路网的MFD,当路网交通趋于拥挤时,通过调整周边交叉口的信号配时方案(如周期、绿信比),对周边车流涌入量进行限制,使路网区域交通保持良好的运行状态。为验证该策略的有效性,以广州天河商业区为试验区域,运用Vissim交通仿真软件进行仿真建模,依据MFD相关理论和仿真数据,确定该区域的MFD,当该区域交通趋于拥堵时,根据该策略确定周边交通涌入量和入口绿灯时长,并仿真对比该区域实施该策略前后的各项交通信号控制性能指标。结果表明:当路网交通趋于拥挤时,实施周边交通控制策略后路网平均延误时间、平均停车次数、平均排队长度等交通信号控制指标得到明显改善。
[Abstract]:(Macroscopic Fundamental Diagrams,MFD) is the inherent attribute of the road network, which can monitor and predict the traffic state of the road network from the macroscopic level. In view of this, this paper proposes a traffic control strategy based on MFD. The idea is to determine the MFD, of the road network based on the MFD theory. When the traffic is becoming congested, the signal timing scheme (such as period, green / letter ratio) is adjusted. The traffic flow in the surrounding area is restricted and the traffic in the network area is kept in good condition. In order to verify the effectiveness of the strategy, the Vissim traffic simulation software is used to model the simulation model in Guangzhou Tianhe commercial district. According to the relevant theory and simulation data of MFD, the MFD, of this area is determined when the traffic in this area tends to be congested. According to the strategy, the traffic inflow and the green time at the entrance are determined, and the traffic signal control performance indexes before and after the implementation of the strategy are simulated and compared. The results show that the traffic signal control indexes such as the average delay time, the average number of stops, the average queue length and so on after the implementation of the traffic control strategy are improved obviously when the road network traffic tends to be congested.
