汽车膝部气囊设计与优化

【摘要】:针对某车型建立了MADYMO车体模型和膝部气囊模型,并通过试验验证了模型的有效性。利用该模型对安装与未安装膝部气囊情况下假人的运动响应和伤害值进行了仿真分析,研究了膝部气囊在正面碰撞中对假人各部位的影响。根据仿真结果,通过正交试验对初步设计的膝部气囊进行了优化设计,优化后WIC值减小了3.39%,表明膝部气囊对下肢的保护性能得到很大提升。
[Abstract]:The MADYMO car body model and knee airbag model are established for a vehicle model, and the validity of the model is verified by experiments. The model is used to simulate the motion response and injury value of the dummy under the condition of installing or not installing the knee airbag, and the influence of the knee airbag on every part of the dummy in frontal impact is studied. According to the simulation results, the initial design of knee airbag was optimized by orthogonal test, and the WIC value of the optimized design was reduced by 3.399.The result shows that the performance of knee airbag for lower limb protection has been greatly improved.
