有限资源条件下的交通组织优化研究

【摘要】:随着中国经济的快速发展,城镇化进程的加速和城市规模的不断扩大,,许多交通问题已经不单单局限于大城市,开始逐渐向小城市,甚至乡镇蔓延,成为各个城市建设的重要方面。用于解决每个城市中复杂交通问题的资源是有限的,因此如何通过交通组织优化的方法,在有限的资源条件下最大限度的发挥现有交通资源的供给能力,正确有效地引导出行者的交通需求,对于确保城市交通的畅通有重要的意义。 本文从有限资源的角度,表明了用于城市道路交通系统的资源是有限的。首先从路网优化、交通渠化、信号优化三个方面,总结分析了国内外专家学者对交通组织优化的研究成果,分析了我国道路交通的现状和存在的主要问题,并建立本文的技术路线。 其次,介绍了有限资源的概念和交通组织优化的含义,并且分别对微观交通组织优化,区域交通组织优化和宏观交通组织优化进行总结分析;同时通过S-C宏观控制论,阐明了有限资源条件下进行交通组织优化的必要性。 然后,从不同的角度,对有限资源条件下进行交通组织优化的思路进行了分析。同时从交通工程技术和交通组织设计思想两方面提出了进行有限资源条件下交通组织优化方案的设计原则。 最后,从不同方面提出了有限资源条件下进行交通组织优化的优化策略,并以此建立了混合整数优化双层规划模型,并采用遗传算法对模型进行求解,最后通过算例分析验证了模型的有效性和和实用性。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy, the acceleration of urbanization and the continuous expansion of urban scale, many traffic problems are no longer confined to large cities, and gradually spread to small cities and even towns. Become the important aspect of each city construction. The resources used to solve the complex traffic problems in each city are limited, so how to maximize the supply capacity of existing traffic resources under the condition of limited resources through the method of traffic organization optimization, It is of great significance to guide the traffic demand of travelers correctly and effectively to ensure the smooth flow of urban traffic. From the point of view of limited resources, this paper shows that the resources used in urban road traffic system are limited. First of all, from three aspects of road network optimization, traffic channelization and signal optimization, this paper summarizes and analyzes the research results of traffic organization optimization by experts and scholars at home and abroad, and analyzes the current situation and main problems of road traffic in China. And set up the technical route of this paper. Secondly, the concept of limited resources and the meaning of traffic organization optimization are introduced, and the micro-traffic organization optimization, regional traffic organization optimization and macro-traffic organization optimization are summarized and analyzed respectively. At the same time, through S-C macro control theory, the necessity of traffic organization optimization under the condition of limited resources is expounded. Then, from different angles, the train of thought of traffic organization optimization under the condition of limited resources is analyzed. At the same time, from the aspects of traffic engineering technology and traffic organization design idea, the design principle of traffic organization optimization scheme under the condition of limited resources is put forward. Finally, the optimization strategy of traffic organization optimization under the condition of limited resources is put forward from different aspects, and the mixed integer optimization bilevel programming model is established, and the genetic algorithm is used to solve the model. Finally, the validity and practicability of the model are verified by an example.
