路用生物沥青研究进展

【摘要】:生物沥青是将由生物质快速热裂解制备提炼的生物质重油与石油沥青在一定条件下相溶合或者将生物质重油在一定条件下掺加其他外掺剂,制备而成的结合物。介绍比较了现有生物质重油炼制方法及生物沥青的制备工艺,对比分析了不同类型生物沥青结合料的性能表征及性状特点,指出了生物沥青化学改性机制的研究手段,阐述了生物沥青结合料与混合料研究过程中发现的问题及其成因,并对其下一步研究方向进行了展望。现有研究表明,生物沥青的高温性能较弱,其改性机制的定量评价仍不够全面系统。可以通过掺入聚合物、多聚磷酸、纳米粘土等外掺剂改善生物沥青的高温性能,基于数字图像方法的材料微观形态特征分析可为生物沥青化学改性机制的研究提供新的途径。
[Abstract]:Bio-asphalt is a kind of binder prepared by dissolving biomass heavy oil and petroleum asphalt under certain conditions or adding other admixtures under certain conditions. This paper introduces and compares the existing refining methods of biomass heavy oil and the preparation process of bio-bitumen, compares and analyzes the performance characterization and characteristics of different types of bio-asphalt binders, and points out the research methods of the chemical modification mechanism of bio-asphalt. The problems found in the research of bitumen binder and mixture and their causes are described, and the future research direction is prospected. The existing studies show that the high temperature performance of the bitumen is weak, and the quantitative evaluation of its modification mechanism is still not comprehensive and systematic. The high temperature properties of bitumen can be improved by adding polymer, polyphosphoric acid, nano-clay and other admixtures. The analysis of microstructure characteristics based on digital image method can provide a new way to study the mechanism of chemical modification of bio-asphalt.
