大型组合梁斜拉桥施工期安全评价技术与管理策略研究

【摘要】:随着交通基础设施的发展,组合梁斜拉桥以其快捷的施工速度、优越的跨越能力、先进的施工方法以及良好的经济性近年来在我国得到了广泛的应用。在组合梁斜拉桥施工期,影响其安全性的因素较多,,工阶段风险事件的发生概率也较高。因此,亟需开展组合梁斜拉桥施工期安全分析方法与风险管理技术的研究工作,以确保组合梁斜拉桥的施工质量与工程安全。本文以福建省厦漳跨海大桥南汊组合梁斜拉桥为工程依托,采用专家调查法、层次分析法与模糊数学方法并结合桥梁事故案例对施工期施工技术点和整体施工阶段进行安全风险评价,确定施工安全风险权重,明确施工风险大小,开展大型组合梁斜拉桥施工期安全评价技术与管理策略研究。 本文的研究工作如下: 1.通过对桥梁施工期安全评价技术与管理策略的重要性论述,并查阅国内外相关文献,明确国内外相关发展情况,对桥梁施工期安全风险评价与管理策略的研究现状进行了综述; 2.基于收集的已发事故桥梁案例,对发生事故的桥梁类型以及事故发生的原因进行了归类分析,总结了桥梁施工安全事故的规律和特点,为组合梁斜拉桥施工期风险源识别提供实际依据; 3.运用层次分析法和模糊数学方法对厦漳大桥南汊组合梁斜拉桥的基础、主塔、斜拉索以及主梁的关键施工技术进行了施工期安全评价,并结合实际事故案例中的风险因素排序,分别获得了各施工阶段不同施工技术的风险权重值和风险严重度; 4.在上述工作的基础上,对组合梁斜拉桥施工期的管理策略进行研究,提出具有结合性、预知性、优先性、科学性、可行性、衔接性、执行性、公平性以及专业性的管理策略。
[Abstract]:With the development of transportation infrastructure, composite girder cable-stayed bridge has been widely used in China in recent years with its rapid construction speed, superior span capacity, advanced construction methods and good economy. In the construction period of composite girder cable-stayed bridge, there are many factors affecting its safety, and the probability of risk events in construction stage is also higher. Therefore, it is urgent to carry out research on safety analysis method and risk management technology of composite girder cable-stayed bridge during construction in order to ensure the construction quality and engineering safety of composite girder cable-stayed bridge. Based on the cable-stayed bridge with composite beam in the south branch of Xia-Zhang cross-sea bridge in Fujian Province, the method of expert investigation is adopted in this paper. AHP and fuzzy mathematics method combined with bridge accident cases are used to evaluate the construction technical point and the whole construction stage in order to determine the weight of the construction safety risk and make clear the construction risk. Research on safety evaluation technology and management strategy of large composite girder cable-stayed bridge during construction period. The research work of this paper is as follows: 1. Through discussing the importance of the safety evaluation technology and management strategy during the bridge construction period, consulting the relevant literature at home and abroad, defining the relevant development situation at home and abroad, this paper summarizes the research status quo of the safety risk assessment and management strategy during the bridge construction period. 2. Based on the collected cases of bridge accidents, the types of bridges and the causes of accidents are classified and analyzed, and the rules and characteristics of safety accidents in bridge construction are summarized. It provides practical basis for identification of risk source during construction of composite girder cable-stayed bridge. 3. By using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy mathematics method, the foundation, main tower, stay cable and key construction technology of Xia-Zhang Bridge's south branch composite beam cable-stayed bridge are evaluated during the construction period, and combined with the risk factors in actual accident cases, the safety evaluation is carried out. The risk weight value and risk severity of different construction techniques in each construction stage are obtained respectively. 4. On the basis of the above work, the management strategy of composite girder cable-stayed bridge during construction period is studied, and a management strategy with combination, predictability, priority, science, feasibility, cohesion, execution, fairness and professionalism is put forward.
