山区中小城市公交线网规划特点与方法

【摘要】:随着经济的快速发展以及机动车保有量的逐日递增,山区中小城市的交通问题日益凸显。作为缓解交通压力、治理交通拥堵的有效手段——公共交通的发展步履维艰。其中公交线网布局混乱、公交评价指标不合理是导致山区中小城市公交发展缓慢的主要原因。针对上述问题,本文结合山区中小城市的城市特点、道路系统特征,研究了其公交规划的特点以及评价指标在山区中小城市的应用。 论文首先从用地规模、布局结构和土地利用模式三个方面分析了山区中小城市的发展特点,进而对比分析了山区中小城市在路网密度、道路网布局和道路断面形式三个方面的特征,在此基础上,重点研究了山区中小城市居民的出行特征和出行分布特征。 其次,论文对客运交通需求、城市道路条件、场站条件、车辆条件和政策因素等影响线网规划的五个因素进行了分析,并在分析比较多个山区城市公交线网规划方案的基础上,对山区中小城市的公交线网规划特点进行了总结。 再次,论文在研究公交线网规划影响因素的基础上,,探讨了山区中小城市线网的布设原则和规划要点;通过对现有公交线网规划方法进行对比分析,结合山区中小城市道路系统特点、居民出行分布特征,提出了“明确交通轴线、确定组团的连接形式、优化组团内部线路”的公交线网规划方法;探讨了公交线网规划评价指标在山区中小城市应用中面临的问题。 论文最后以陕西省商洛市为例,通过分析商洛市土地利用特征、道路交通特性和居民出行特征,运用本文提出的山区中小城市公交线网规划方法对商洛市的公交线网进行了规划,并对线网规划方案进行了评价,结果验证了本文所提方法的正确性。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy and the increasing number of motor vehicles, traffic problems in small and medium-sized cities in mountainous areas are becoming increasingly prominent. As an effective means to relieve traffic pressure and control traffic congestion, the development of public transport is very difficult. The main reasons for the slow development of public transport in mountainous cities are the confusion of bus network layout and the unreasonable evaluation index of public transport. In view of the above problems, this paper studies the characteristics of public transport planning and the application of evaluation index in small and medium-sized mountain cities, combining with the urban characteristics and road system characteristics of small and medium-sized cities in mountainous areas. Firstly, the paper analyzes the development characteristics of small and medium-sized mountain cities from the aspects of land scale, layout structure and land use pattern, and then compares the road network density of small and medium-sized cities in mountainous areas. On the basis of the characteristics of road network layout and road section form, the travel characteristics and travel distribution characteristics of small and medium-sized city residents in mountainous areas are studied. Secondly, the paper analyzes the five factors that affect the network planning, such as passenger traffic demand, urban road conditions, station conditions, vehicle conditions and policy factors, and on the basis of analyzing and comparing the planning schemes of bus network in many mountainous cities. The characteristics of bus network planning in small and medium-sized cities in mountainous areas are summarized. Thirdly, on the basis of studying the influencing factors of bus network planning, the paper discusses the layout principles and planning essentials of the line network in small and medium-sized cities in mountainous areas. By comparing and analyzing the existing planning methods of public transportation network, combining with the characteristics of road system of small and medium-sized cities in mountainous areas and the characteristics of residents' travel distribution, this paper puts forward the following: "make clear the traffic axis and determine the connecting form of the group." The method of bus network planning is to optimize the inner route of group. This paper discusses the problems in the application of the evaluation index of bus network planning in small and medium-sized cities in mountainous areas. Finally, taking Shangluo City of Shaanxi Province as an example, the paper analyzes the characteristics of land use, road traffic and resident travel in Shangluo City. In this paper, the bus network planning method of small and medium-sized cities in mountainous area is used to plan the bus network in Shangluo City, and the planning scheme of the line network is evaluated. The results verify the correctness of the method proposed in this paper.
