岸边集装箱起重机结构设计专家系统研究

【摘要】:岸边集装箱桥式起重机是集装箱码头装卸集装箱的前沿设备。20世纪八十年代至今集装箱航运蓬勃发展,世界经济和国际贸易的更加繁荣,集装箱船舶日益大型化,集装箱港口吞吐量剧增,这也促进了岸桥新的发展。一方面,岸桥性能呈现了大型化、自动化、高速化、智能化的发展趋势,这就对岸桥的技术性能提出了更高要求;另一方面,市场的需求吸引了更多的企业参与到岸桥市场的竞争中,这也需要岸桥设计工作能减少设计周期速响应市场的需求。现行的岸桥结构设计在标准设计知识的基础上往往是借鉴以往的设计实例和专家的经验知识,按照“设计—验算—再设计”的方式完成方案,过程繁杂且需要做大量的重复性工作。面对岸桥的发展趋势和市场竞争,如何提高岸桥结构设计的设计效率、减少设计者工作量、快速响应市场需求已经是一个亟待解决的问题了。专家系统是人工智能发展的高级形式,系统应用人工智能技术和计算机技术,,通过将某个领域大量的专门知识与经验整合在程序系统中,进行推理和判断,模拟人类专家的决策过程,以便解决那些需要人类专家处理的复杂问题。 本文总结了岸桥结构设计的一般性知识,通过对岸桥结构设计领域专家的深入咨询收集了大量岸桥结构设计的专家经验,整理一定数量的岸桥结构设计实例,以此作为构建岸桥结构设计专家系统的基础。通过对比各种知识表达的优劣,针对岸桥结构设计的特点,以面向对象编程语言和SQL结构化查询语言为编程工具,创造了以面向对象为基础结合了框架表示、产生式规则表示的综合知识表达方式,构建了包涵了岸桥结构设计规则和岸桥设计实例的岸桥结构设计专家系统综合知识库。研究了岸桥结构设计综合表达方式下的推理机制,根据岸桥结构设计特点选取了合适的冲突消解策略。文中还运用层次分析法,通过专家调查法,并应用yaahp层次分析法软件,确定了在应用实例数据库过程中对岸桥结构设计各评价指标和评价指标的权重。最后,为更加直观的展现设计方案和便于系统的进一步研究,系统使用有限元分析软件ANSYS中APDL参数化语言建立了岸桥结构设计专家系统的参数化建模模块,并最终应用VB6.0将各功能模块封装,初步实现了岸桥结构设计专家系统的各功能。
[Abstract]:Quayside container crane is the frontier equipment for container terminal loading and unloading. Since 1980s, container shipping has developed vigorously, the world economy and international trade has become more prosperous, and container ships are becoming larger and larger. Container port throughput increased dramatically, which also promoted the new development of shore bridge. On the one hand, the performance of the quayside bridge presents a trend of large-scale, automation, high speed and intelligence, which puts forward higher requirements for the technical performance of the quayside bridge. On the other hand, the demand of the market attracts more enterprises to participate in the competition of the quayside bridge market, which also requires that the design work of the quayside bridge can reduce the speed of the design cycle and respond to the demand of the market. On the basis of the standard design knowledge, the current quayside bridge structure design often uses the past design examples and experts' experience knowledge for reference, and completes the project according to the way of "design-check computing-redesign". The process is complex and requires a lot of repetitive work. Facing the development trend and market competition of the quayside bridge, how to improve the design efficiency of the quayside bridge structure design, reduce the designer's workload, and respond to the market demand quickly has become an urgent problem to be solved. Expert system is the advanced form of artificial intelligence development. The system applies artificial intelligence technology and computer technology, by integrating a large amount of expertise and experience in a certain field in a program system, the system makes reasoning and judgment. To simulate the decision-making process of human experts in order to solve complex problems that need to be dealt with by human experts. This paper summarizes the general knowledge of the quayside bridge structure design, collects a large number of expert experience in the quayside bridge structure design by consulting the experts in the field of the quayside bridge structure design, and arranges a certain number of examples of the quayside bridge structure design. This is the foundation of the expert system for the design of the quayside bridge structure. By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of various knowledge expressions, aiming at the characteristics of the design of the quayside bridge structure, the object-oriented programming language and the SQL structured query language are used as programming tools, and the framework representation is created based on the object-oriented approach. The synthetic knowledge expression method of production rule representation is used to construct the comprehensive knowledge base of the quayside bridge structure design expert system which includes the design rules of the quayside bridge structure and the examples of the quayside bridge design. In this paper, the reasoning mechanism of the comprehensive expression of the quayside structure design is studied, and the appropriate conflict resolution strategy is selected according to the design characteristics of the quayside bridge structure. The paper also uses the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), the expert investigation method and the yaahp analytic hierarchy process software to determine the weight of each evaluation index and evaluation index for the design of the quayside bridge structure in the course of the application of the database. Finally, in order to show the design scheme more intuitively and facilitate the further research of the system, the parameterized modeling module of the quayside bridge structure design expert system is established by using the APDL parameterized language in the finite element analysis software ANSYS. Finally, the functional modules are encapsulated by VB6.0, and the functions of the quayside bridge structure design expert system are preliminarily realized.
