朝阳大桥的建设对交通承载力的影响

【摘要】:南昌朝阳大桥工程为干线性道路九洲大道快速路跨越赣江的交通联系通道,是连接南昌市朝阳新城和红角洲地区跨江交通枢纽工程,其连接的朝阳新城和红角洲地区作为南昌市重点发展地区,对南昌市新城区的居民居住环境和交通发展以及经济建设启着举足轻重的作用。南昌拟建成“一江两岸,双城八片,轴环串联,分级多中心,依山傍水”的城市布局形态创造良好的交通运输环境。朝阳大桥的建设同时可减轻南昌大桥、生米大桥、八一大桥的交通压力。本研究通过调查实际入住率,结合住宅小区占地面积、建筑面积、容积率等信息,绘制拟合标准曲线。预测到2020年之前朝阳洲以及红角洲人口数量增长趋势,将预测常住人口数与政府规划常住人口数进行对比。本次研究表明,朝阳洲常住人口数随着时间呈现出稳步增长,其趋势接近于一次函数曲线。预计到2020年朝阳洲常住人口将达到20万人,与政府规划的18万人相差不大。根据预测红角洲常住人口数将于2022年达到峰值,约为4.25万人。而朝阳洲发展起步较晚,根据测算该片区将于2023年达到居住饱和,其常住人口峰值约为28.42万人。根据实际调查的南昌市居民出行规律,包括:出行时间、出行方式、出行频率、出行比例等信息,模拟计算出朝阳大桥两岸,人口出行高峰期间内的出行情况。结合汽车保有量、机动车比例等信息,模拟计算出朝阳大桥每年的通行量,并且与大桥设计通行量进行对比。根据本次预计,伴随2023年的人口高峰期交通流量也达到最高值6472puc/h。其中2016年~2017年交通量最快,增长量达到74.58%。朝阳大桥的设计交通承载力为9600puc/h,因此在未来8年内朝阳洲大桥可以满足通行要求,但是本研究并未考虑南昌市周别县市的交通量以及未来城市扩张,建议2018年开始修建地铁4、5号线。通过实地调查以及资料收集,对朝阳大桥周围的生态环境、水环境、声环境、景观环境、社会环境进行综合评价。根据本次研究表明,朝阳大桥建成后可以提高经济发展速度,美化亮化城市。但大桥建设期间,虽然会对生态环境、水环境、声环境造成一定影响,但是在规范允许范围以内,并且可以采取措施降低影响值。
[Abstract]:The Chaoyang Bridge in Nanchang is a major road, Jiuzhou Avenue Expressway, which crosses the Ganjiang River. It is a transportation hub project connecting Chaoyang New Town of Nanchang City and Hongjiaozhou area. As the key development area of Nanchang city, Chaoyang New City and Hongjiaozhou area are very important to the residents' living environment, traffic development and economic construction in Nanchang City. Nanchang is intended to build a "one river cross-bank, two cities eight pieces, shaft ring in series, multi-center grading, leaning on the mountains and water" urban layout to create a good transportation environment. The construction of Chaoyang Bridge can lighten the traffic pressure of Nanchang Bridge, Shengmi Bridge and Bayi Bridge. Through investigating the actual occupancy rate and combining with the information of occupation area, building area and volume ratio, the fitting standard curve is drawn. The population growth trend of Chaoyang Island and Hongjiao Island by 2020 is forecasted, and the number of permanent residents is compared with that of the planned resident population by the government. This study shows that the number of resident population in Chaoyang Island increases steadily with time, and the trend is close to the primary function curve. The population of Chaoyang Island is expected to reach 200000 by 2020, not far from the 180000 planned by the government. The number of permanent residents is forecast to peak at about 42500 in 2022. The development of Chaoyang Island started relatively late, and it is estimated that the area will reach residence saturation by 2023, with a peak permanent resident population of about 284200 people. According to the actual investigation of Nanchang residents travel rules, including: travel time, travel mode, travel frequency, travel proportion and other information, simulation and calculation of the Chaoyang Bridge, travel during the peak travel period. The traffic volume of Chaoyang Bridge is simulated and calculated by combining the information of vehicle ownership and vehicle proportion, and the traffic volume is compared with the designed traffic volume of Chaoyang Bridge. According to this estimate, the peak traffic with 2023 also reached a peak of 6472puc-h. Traffic volume from 2016 to 2017 was the fastest, with an increase of 74.58. The design traffic carrying capacity of Chaoyang Bridge is 9600puc-h. therefore, Chaoyang Bridge can meet the traffic requirements in the next eight years, but this study does not take into account the traffic volume and future urban expansion in Zhoubi County, Nanchang City. It is suggested that subway lines 45 and 5 be built in 2018. Through field investigation and data collection, the ecological environment, water environment, sound environment, landscape environment and social environment around Chaoyang Bridge were comprehensively evaluated. According to this study, Chaoyang Bridge can improve the speed of economic development and beautify the city. However, during the construction of the bridge, although the ecological environment, water environment and sound environment will be affected to some extent, measures can be taken to reduce the impact value within the allowable range of the code.
