沪蓉西高速公路龙潭隧道左线出口段注浆方案研究与质量可靠度分析

【摘要】:注浆技术是隧道建设中一项重要的技术。目前,我国公路隧道的建设,并没有一套完整准确的注浆施工技术与质量标准,这为注浆施工方案的设计与检验带了很大的难题。在龙潭隧道左线出口段,经过缜密的勘察,地质条件十分恶劣,需要注浆加固堵水,而传统的注浆方案又不能满足需要。因此本文以龙潭隧道左线出口段为研究对象,从科学经济的角度出发,提出了合理的注浆施工方案,并对注浆质量的可靠度进行了研究分析。论文主要的研究内容有:1)对于龙潭隧道左线出口段的注浆方案中选用的注浆材料、注浆工艺和注浆设备进行综合比选,最终确定了注浆方案并且经过技术、经济方面专家的分析之后,在一定程度上优化了注浆方案。2)对龙潭隧道左线出口段两个特殊地段,左线炭质页岩段和出口ZK72+199处,单独进行了注浆方案的分析与确定,为施工提供了依据,使得注浆施工顺利进行。3)通过系统可靠度理论提出了注浆质量可靠度指标,并且计算了注浆质量系统的可靠度概率,通过计算得到的结果与注浆质量检测效果基本吻合,注浆的真实效果可以较好地体现出来。
[Abstract]:Grouting technology is an important technology in tunnel construction. At present, the construction of highway tunnel in our country does not have a set of complete and accurate grouting construction technology and quality standard, which is a big problem for the design and inspection of grouting construction scheme. In the left exit section of Longtan Tunnel, the geological conditions are very bad and the traditional grouting scheme can not meet the needs. Therefore, this paper takes the left exit of Longtan Tunnel as the research object, from the point of view of science and economy, puts forward a reasonable grouting construction plan, and makes a study and analysis on the reliability of grouting quality. The main research contents of this paper are as follows: 1) the grouting materials, grouting technology and grouting equipment selected in the grouting scheme of the left exit section of Longtan Tunnel are compared and selected, and the grouting scheme is finally determined and the technology is adopted. After the analysis of economic experts, the grouting scheme was optimized to a certain extent. 2) the grouting scheme was separately analyzed and determined for two special sections of the left exit section of Longtan Tunnel, the left line carbonaceous shale section and the outlet ZK72 199. It provides the basis for construction and makes the grouting construction proceed smoothly. 3) through the theory of system reliability, the reliability index of grouting quality is put forward, and the probability of reliability of grouting quality system is calculated. The calculated results are in good agreement with the results of grouting quality testing, and the real effect of grouting can be well reflected.
