超长边跨长联预应力连续刚构桥建设关键技术研究

【摘要】:目前,国内桥梁的建设逐步由陆上高等级公路建设转移到一些跨江、跨海工程,甚至是一些连岛工程建设当中,多跨长联预应力混凝土连续刚构桥凭借自身的独特优势,应用的愈加广泛而且形式多样。有些因地形或社会环境限制而不得不选择大边跨长联结构来设计通过。而国内对此类非常规桥梁的应研究较少而且不够系统。而且公路桥涵设计通用规范中对有些控制条件也没有明确给出。所以有必要对长边跨长联预应力连续刚构桥进行设计及施工关键阶段的系统研究。 本文在系统学习国内外研究成果的前提下,结合郑州桃花峪黄河大桥的副桥建设,通过对结构的关键受力性能及社会效益进行对比分析,明确超长边跨现浇段最佳设计方案,该研究成果可用于类似超长边跨现浇段主梁设计;通过对成桥状态下不同合龙顺序时结构的受力及线形进行对比分析,,明确常规桥梁合龙方案及并比较分析各种方案的优缺点,该研究过程及结果可用于多跨预应力连续刚构的综合合龙;对结构关键施工阶段稳定性能进行了对比分析,该研究成果可为本桥梁的施工过程提供参考,同时也可以丰富和完善结构的稳定性能的基础研究。 本项目的研究成果在桃花峪黄河大桥设计和施工中得到了实际应用,对于施工成本节约、工期要求、施工过程中的稳定性及成桥使用性能效果非常显著。对武西高速桃花峪黄河大桥及其他类似桥梁都可提供参考和指导意义。
[Abstract]:At present, the construction of bridges in China is gradually transferred from the construction of high grade highways on land to some projects across rivers and seas, and even among the construction of some projects connected with islands. The multi-span long-span prestressed concrete continuous rigid frame bridges rely on their own unique advantages. It is used more widely and in various forms. Some have to choose long-span structures to design and pass because of terrain or social environment constraints. However, the domestic research on this kind of unconventional bridges is less and less systematic. And some control conditions are not clearly given in the general specification for highway bridge and culvert design. So it is necessary to study the key stage of design and construction of long span prestressed continuous rigid frame bridge. On the premise of systematically studying the domestic and foreign research results, combined with the construction of auxiliary bridge of Zhengzhou Taohuayu Yellow River Bridge, this paper compares and analyzes the key mechanical properties and social benefits of the structure, and defines the optimum design scheme of the super-long side span cast-in-place section. The research results can be used in the design of cast-in-situ girder with super long side span. By comparing and analyzing the force and line shape of the structure under the different closing sequence, the conventional bridge closure scheme and the advantages and disadvantages of the various schemes are compared and analyzed. The research process and results can be applied to the comprehensive closure of multi-span prestressed continuous rigid frame. The stability performance of the key construction stage of the structure is compared and analyzed. The research results can provide a reference for the construction process of the bridge and enrich and perfect the basic research on the stability performance of the structure. The research results of this project have been applied in the design and construction of Taohuayu Yellow River Bridge. It is very effective to save the construction cost, the requirements of the construction period, the stability during the construction process and the performance of the completed bridge. It can provide reference and guidance for Taohuayu Yellow River Bridge and other similar bridges.
