基于时变可靠度的桥梁超载车通过权判别研究

【摘要】:本文根据广西公路管理局提供的所有进行桥梁通行许可权审批的超限车数据,选取了其中的六轴超限车作为研究对象,拟合出10000组超限车车轴数据,拟定出它们在通行桥梁时进行许可判别的准则以及准则的时变情况,主要研究内容和结果有:(1)通过对它们车轴数据的轴重分配和轴距分布情况的统计分析,针对其特有的双峰特性进行了6种概率分布组合的拟合。引入赤池信息量准则对各轴轴重所拟合的六种概率分布组合类型进行了评估和对比,选取其中AIC值为最小的概率拟合模型最为最优模型并进行车轴数据的拟合,结果显示根据最优模型拟合出的车轴数据是最为接近实际超限车车轴数据的,说明赤池信息量准则在进行车辆车轴数据分析时是可靠的;(2)引入“有效轴重”和“有效轴距”的概念,对超限车辆通过桥梁时所产生的最不利荷载时所作用的轴重和包含的轴距进行了区分,保证计算的准确性。在进行拟合车辆数据的过桥可靠度指标计算后,针对它们不同的有效轴距拟定出不同通过许可权判别方法作为判别准则,并根据由于混凝土碳化和钢筋锈蚀产生的桥梁结构承载力的下降,对计算模型进行相应的变化修改,得到桥梁在工作服役不同年份后相应的判别准则,并对两种判别准则的变化规律进行了总结分析;(3)进行了整个超限车辆过桥许可判别的过程,结果显示所拟定的过桥许可权判别准则的使用较为方便,两种方法都能很快地得到不同超限车辆在各工作年份通过不同类型桥梁时的判别经过。并且得到了桥梁设计荷载等级对于其承受超限车辆运输的大概关系,以及对于单座桥梁来说较为敏感、需要特别重视的超限车辆类型,为相关的交通运输管理部门提供了一定的借鉴。
[Abstract]:On the basis of all the data provided by Guangxi Highway Administration Bureau for the examination and approval of bridge license, the six-axle overrun vehicle is selected as the research object, and 10000 sets of overrun vehicle axle data are fitted. The criteria and time-varying conditions of the criteria are worked out. The main research contents and results are as follows: (1) through the statistical analysis of axle load distribution and wheelbase distribution of their axle data, According to its unique bimodal characteristics, six probabilistic distribution combinations are fitted. Six types of probabilistic distribution combinations fitted by axle loads are evaluated and compared by using the red pool information quantity criterion. The optimal model of probabilistic fitting model with minimum AIC value is selected and the axle data is fitted. The results show that the axle data fitted according to the optimal model is the closest to the actual overrun axle data, which indicates that the red pool information quantity criterion is reliable in the analysis of vehicle axle data. (2) by introducing the concepts of "effective axle load" and "effective wheelbase", the author distinguishes between the axle load and the contained wheelbase when the overrun vehicle passes through the bridge, so as to ensure the accuracy of the calculation. After calculating the bridge reliability index of fitting vehicle data, different permission discrimination methods are proposed for their different effective wheelbases as the criteria. According to the decrease of the bearing capacity of bridge structure caused by concrete carbonization and steel corrosion, the calculation model is modified accordingly, and the corresponding criterion is obtained after the bridge is in service in different years. The variation rules of the two criteria are summarized and analyzed. (3) the whole process of bridge clearance discrimination for overrun vehicles is carried out. The results show that the proposed bridge permission criterion is convenient to use. Both methods can quickly obtain the discriminant passage of different overrun vehicles when they pass through different types of bridges in each working year. And the relationship between the design load grade of bridge and the overrun vehicle transportation is obtained, as well as the type of over-limit vehicle which is sensitive to a single bridge and needs special attention. For the relevant traffic and transport management departments to provide a certain reference.
