公路工程项目进度管理信息系统的研究与实现

【摘要】:随着社会经济的迅速发展和科学技术的全面进步,计算机事业的飞速发展,以计算机与通信技术为基础的信息系统正处于蓬勃发展的时期。因为以前的计算机技术不发达,人们习惯用传统的方式管理文件信息,而这会存在很多人工工作方式普遍存在的弊端,例如:工作效率低,安全性查,而且随着时间增长,会累积产生大数量的文件和数据,而这对于日长的维护工作和搜索、更新的操作都会带来很大的不便。因此通过计算机对信息进行管理是一个非常迫切的需求,也为无纸化办公迈出了坚实的一步。经过分析,在数据库的建立中我们使用了Oracle数据库管理系统。再次,我们需要不断的对信息管理系统的需求分析做不断的改进,努力达成客户所需要的系统。与此同时,还要对公路工程项目进度管理信息系统进行细致的阐述,,并且对数据库方面也做出一定的叙述,然后列出了信息表并给出了相关字段及其属性。 本文主要从以下几个方面对公路工程项目进度管理信息系统进行了研究与设计实现: 从公路工程管理的实际需求入手,着眼于项目进度管理,通过调研借鉴国内外项目进度管理成功案例。然后,根据公路项目的特殊性,从功能和性能方面进行需求分析,获得系统整体结构。 依据需求分析,按照系统模块划分进行概要设计,得到系统业务流程以及各功能模块的子流程。然后,根据既得的概要设计流程进行系统详细设计,详细设计各功能模块的功能实现流程。 根据详细设计阶段的功能设计,采用原型开发模型对公路工程项目进度管理信息系统编码实现,并且根据系统功能编写相应的测试用例进行单元测试。 在此,因为系统采用原型开发模式,所以系统要经过多个阶段的试运行,当系统在试运行过程中出现问题时,需要对系统进行修改和完善,最终得到一个让用户满意的进度管理系统。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of social economy and science and technology, and the rapid development of computer, the information system based on computer and communication technology is in a period of vigorous development. Because of the undeveloped computer technology in the past, people are used to managing documents and information in the traditional way, and there are many common disadvantages of manual work, such as low efficiency, safety checking, and increasing over time. It accumulates a large amount of files and data, which can cause great inconvenience to maintenance, search and update operations. Therefore, the management of information by computer is a very urgent need, but also a solid step for paperless office. After analysis, we use Oracle database management system in the establishment of database. Third, we need to continuously improve the requirement analysis of the information management system, and strive to achieve the system that customers need. At the same time, the highway project schedule management information system is elaborated in detail, and the database is also described, and then the information table is listed and the related fields and their attributes are given. This paper mainly studies and designs the highway project schedule management information system from the following aspects: starting from the actual demand of highway engineering management, focusing on the project schedule management, Learn from the successful cases of project schedule management at home and abroad through investigation and research. Then, according to the particularity of highway project, the function and performance of the system are analyzed, and the overall structure of the system is obtained. According to the requirement analysis, the system business process and the sub-flow of each function module are obtained. Then, the system is designed in detail according to the existing outline design flow, and the function realization flow of each functional module is designed in detail. According to the function design of the detailed design stage, the prototype development model is used to code the highway project schedule management information system, and the corresponding test cases are written according to the system function for unit test. Here, because the system adopts prototype development mode, so the system has to go through many stages of trial operation, when there is a problem in the process of system trial operation, the system needs to be modified and improved. Finally, we get a schedule management system that can satisfy the users.
