浅析航标附属电设备的可行性试用检测方法

【摘要】:为建设海洋强国,提高海洋资源开发能力,发展海洋经济,保护海洋生态环境,坚决维护国家海洋权益。近年来,我国在南海海域大力发展港口及海岛建设,催生了一系列的导助航设施。如何提高航标导助航性能,减少航标设备经济成本投入,科学管理航标设备成为航标工作重点关注的问题。本文基于航标国际规范、国家标准及行业标准的有关规定,结合航标附属设备实际使用情况,删减并归纳了航标附属电设备的检测标准,使之成为方便可行的检测方法。
[Abstract]:In order to build a strong marine power, improve the ability of developing marine resources, develop marine economy, protect the marine ecological environment, and resolutely safeguard the national marine rights and interests. In recent years, China has developed port and island construction in the South China Sea, giving birth to a series of navigational aids. How to improve navigation aids, reduce the economic cost of navigation aids, and manage navigation aids scientifically has become the focus of attention. Based on the relevant regulations of international standard, national standard and industry standard of navigation aids, combined with the actual use of auxiliary equipments of navigation aids, this paper cuts down and sums up the detection standards of auxiliary electrical equipment of navigation aids, making it a convenient and feasible test method.
