双洞暗挖穿越敏感结构物的扰动效应及安全控制技术研究

【摘要】:在城市中修建隧道如何减少施工对地表既有敏感结构物造成的扰动影响及损害,一直是困扰相关研究人员的难题之一。为此本文结合铁道部课题“长株潭城际铁路湘江隧道施工关键技术研究”(2011G013-C),以长株潭城际铁路隧道穿越西二环立交桥、熙源酒店、品格小区项目为依托,展开双洞暗挖穿越敏感结构物的扰动效应及安全控制技术研究,主要内容如下: (1)阐述了浅埋暗挖隧道对地层沉降的扰动机理及规律特征,以桩的荷载传递原理为基础,推导了荷载传递法的基本微分方程,并采用有限差分法推导出了受隧道开挖扰动影响桩身各节点的竖向及水平向位移方程; (2)采用FLAC3D数值计算软件对双洞暗挖隧道穿越西二环立交桥进行数值模拟分析,同时考虑了隧道超前注浆以及锚杆、钢拱架等洞内加固措施,并对比分析了全断面法、三台阶法、环形开挖预留核心土法对西二环立交桥扰动效应的差别,而且将数值计算结果与现场实际监测数据进行了对比分析; (3)在对双洞暗挖隧道穿越品格小区进行数值模拟时,不仅考虑了隧道超前加固措施和洞内加固措施,还考虑了隔离桩对品格小区高层住宅楼的保护作用,并对比分析了全断面法、三台阶法数值计算结果与实际量测结果的差别; (4)模拟双洞暗挖隧道下穿熙源酒店时,考虑了熙源酒店位于边坡附近的特殊地形条件,加入了实际施工中建造的挡土墙、隔离桩等加固措施,对比分析了全断面法、三台阶法数值计算结果与实际量测结果的差别。
[Abstract]:How to reduce the disturbance effect and damage caused by the construction of tunnel in the city is always one of the difficult problems that puzzles the relevant researchers. For this reason, this paper combines the project of the Ministry of Railways, "Research on key Technology of Xiangjiang Tunnel Construction of Chang-Zhu-Tan Intercity Railway" (2011G013-C), relying on the project of Chang-Zhu-Tan Intercity Railway Tunnel crossing the overpass of the second West Ring Road, Xiyuan Hotel and character District. The main contents are as follows: (1) the disturbance mechanism and law characteristics of shallow-buried tunnel to ground settlement are expounded, and the disturbance effect and safety control technology of double-hole tunneling through sensitive structure are studied as follows: (1) the disturbance mechanism and law characteristics of shallow-buried tunnel to ground settlement are described. Based on the principle of pile load transfer, the basic differential equation of load transfer method is derived, and the vertical and horizontal displacement equations of each node affected by tunnel excavation are derived by using finite difference method. (2) the FLAC3D software is used to simulate and analyze the double-tunnel crossing the Xi-er-Huan overpass. At the same time, the tunnel pre-grouting and reinforcement measures such as anchor rod and steel arch frame are taken into account, and the whole section method is compared and analyzed. The three-step method and the ring excavation reserved core soil method are used to analyze the disturbance effect of the west-second ring interchange bridge, and the numerical results are compared with the actual monitoring data in the field. (3) in the numerical simulation of the double-tunnel tunneling through the character district, not only the advance reinforcement measures and the reinforcement measures inside the tunnel are considered, but also the protective effect of isolation piles on the high-rise residential buildings in the character district is considered. The differences between the numerical results of the total section method, the three-step method and the actual measurement results are compared and analyzed. (4) when simulating the double-hole tunnel under Xiyuan Hotel, taking into account the special terrain condition of Xiyuan Hotel near the slope, the reinforcement measures such as retaining wall and isolation pile built in the actual construction are added, and the whole section method is compared and analyzed. The difference between the numerical calculation results of the three-step method and the actual measurement results.
