巫山县农村公路线形指标与路面典型结构研究

【摘要】:目前,巫山县农村公路技术等级普遍低,农村公路标准低,严重制约了当地经济社会的发展,为了更好地指导巫山县农村公路的建设,本文对巫山县农村公路线形技术标准和路面典型结构进行了系统的研究。 本文通过对巫山县地形地貌、气候条件、土壤地质状况、路面状况等方面进行大量的调查,分析了巫山县农村公路存在的问题,为建立巫山县农村公路线形指标和典型路面结构提供了基本依据。再通过对现有巫山县农村公路交通量及交通量组成研究分析,确定了巫山县农村公路的等级和对当地交通进行设计参数,参照规范,制定了巫山县各等级农村公路的线形技术指标。此外,对巫山县的路面状况和路用材料进行了调查,结合巫山县农村公路路面结构实际设计原则,借鉴国内外路面结构设计方法,确定出了适合不同交通量等级的农村公路沥青、水泥典型路面结构形式。最后,,利用ABAQUS有限元软件和理论方法分析不同尺寸、不同厚度、不同轴载条件下的水泥板底产生最不利弯拉应力和温度应力,从而确定出经济合理、技术可行的路面结构组合和面层厚度。同时利用ABAQUS对不同层厚的沥青路面结构进行仿真分析,确定了巫山县农村公路的典型沥青路面形式。 本文的研究成果针对性强、合理可靠、经济使用,对巫山县农村公路的建设具有很好的参考价值。
[Abstract]:At present, the technical grade of rural highway in Wushan County is generally low, and the standard of rural highway is low, which seriously restricts the development of local economy and society. In order to better guide the construction of rural highway in Wushan County, In this paper, the technical standards of highway alignment and typical pavement structure in Wushan county are systematically studied. Based on a large number of investigations on the landforms, climatic conditions, soil geological conditions and road surface conditions in Wushan County, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the rural roads of Wushan County. It provides the basic basis for establishing the linear index and typical pavement structure of rural highway in Wushan County. Through the research and analysis of the traffic volume and traffic volume composition of the rural highway in Wushan County, the grade of the rural highway and the design parameters of the local traffic are determined, referring to the specification. The linear technical index of every grade of rural highway in Wushan county has been formulated. In addition, the pavement condition and road materials of Wushan county are investigated. Combined with the practical design principles of rural highway pavement structure in Wushan county, the design methods of pavement structure at home and abroad are used for reference. The typical pavement structure forms of rural highway asphalt and cement suitable for different traffic levels are determined. Finally, the ABAQUS finite element software and theoretical method are used to analyze the most unfavorable bending tensile stress and temperature stress under the conditions of different size, different thickness and different axial load, so as to determine the economy and rationality. The technology is feasible for pavement structure combination and surface thickness. At the same time, ABAQUS is used to simulate and analyze the asphalt pavement structure of different layer thickness, and the typical asphalt pavement form of Wushan rural highway is determined. The research results in this paper have strong pertinence, reasonable and reliable, economic use, and have a good reference value for the construction of rural highway in Wushan County.
