基于矿料间隙率(VMA)的SMA混合料技术研究

【摘要】:近几年陕西省在修筑高速公路时,越来越多的采用SMA结构。然而,在SMA路面的应用过程中,VMA值的大小应如何选取令诸多道路工作者感到困惑,是该直接套用规范还是根据项目实际情况对指标要求进行适当调整?调整的范围应该是多少?调整后SMA的路用性能又将如何?这一系列问题使大家无所适从。为此开展基于VMA的SMA混合料技术研究是十分有必要的。 论文首先通过对现有规范和相关成果的分析,,得出了影响VMA值的主要因素及VMA对SMA混合料路用性能影响的规律。其次通过室内试验,研究了各项影响因素对VMA值的影响程度及VMA随各影响因素变化时的增减规律;研究了当VMA随着纤维类型、油石比、集料吸水率和混合料级配变化时,SMA混合料高低温性能和水稳定性等路用性能的变化规律。最后通过对陕西省的气候条件和交通荷载的具体分析,初步提出了陕西省各地区的最小VMA建议值范围。再通过理论分析,推导出了由有效沥青膜厚度DA、集料的比表面积SA和矿料的合成毛体积相对密度rsb以及空隙率VV四个参数组成的VMA计算公式,计算出陕北、关中和陕南三地区的最小VMA建议值。综合论文研究成果,最终提出陕西省各地区的最小VMA建议值。通过陕北地区铺筑SMA-13试验路,验证了本文所定的最小VMA建议值在陕北地区可行性。
[Abstract]:In recent years, in Shaanxi Province, more and more SMA structures are used in highway construction. However, in the process of SMA pavement application, how to select the value of VMA puzzles many road workers, should it be directly applied to the specification or according to the actual situation of the project to make appropriate adjustments to the index requirements? What should be the scope of the adjustment? What will be the road performance of the adjusted SMA? This series of questions baffled everyone. Therefore, it is very necessary to carry out the research of SMA mixture technology based on VMA. Firstly, through the analysis of the existing specifications and related achievements, the main factors affecting the VMA value and the rule of the influence of VMA on the performance of SMA mixture are obtained. Secondly, the influence degree of each influence factor on VMA value and the increasing and decreasing rule of VMA with each influence factor were studied through the laboratory experiment. When VMA varies with fiber type, oil / stone ratio, aggregate water absorption and mixture gradation, the high and low temperature performance and water stability of SMA mixture are studied. Finally, through the concrete analysis of the climatic conditions and traffic loads in Shaanxi Province, the range of minimum VMA values proposed in each area of Shaanxi Province is preliminarily put forward. Based on the theoretical analysis, the VMA formula composed of the specific surface area (SA) of the effective asphalt film thickness DA, aggregate, the synthetic gross volume relative density (rsb) of the mineral aggregate and the void ratio (VV) of the aggregate are derived, and the north of Shaanxi Province is calculated. The minimum recommended value of VMA in Guanzhong and southern Shaanxi. According to the research results of this paper, the minimum VMA recommendation value of Shaanxi Province is finally put forward. The feasibility of the minimum recommended value of SMA-13 in the north of Shaanxi Province is verified by paving the VMA test road in the north of Shaanxi Province.
