内蒙古自治区通乡通村公路典型路面结构研究

【摘要】:内蒙古自治区横跨祖国东北、华北、西北三大区域,与黑、吉、辽、冀、晋、陕、甘、宁八省区相邻,边境线长达4000多公里,土地面积118万平方公里。近年来,自治区国省干线公路和县级公路得到了跨越式长足发展,,但作为公路网有机组成部分的通乡通村公路却发展缓慢。目前我区尚无完整的适应各地特点、经济实用的通乡通村公路典型路面结构体系,因此,亟待根据各地筑路材料、地质水文及气候条件等情况研究出一套系统完善的、适合各地特点的通乡通村公路典型路面结构,以指导农村牧区道路的建设。 本文通过对通乡通村公路自然条件的调查,包括公路工程地貌方面和路面材料分布情况、公路自然区划特征与指标的调查、现有通乡通村公路使用状况调查及交通量的观测调查数据以及对交通特性的研究,对我区通村通乡公路的交通等级进行划分,将有效的指导我区通乡通村公路路面设计和施工。 本文通过对国内外小交通量路面结构的研究,根据自治区实际特点,在筑路材料、交通量及现有道路使用状况等调查分析的基础上,对我区通乡通村公路面层、基层材料选择、技术要求、设计参数等进行了大量的调查和实验研究。在此基础上得出了我区通乡通村公路路基、路面材料的选择、组成和设计参数,并借鉴以往通乡通村公路的修筑经验,通过理论分析和试验验证,结合内蒙古地区气候与自然条件,推荐了适合不同等级的通乡通村道路面层和基层材料以及13种典型路面结构类型,提出了我区各盟市通乡通村公路路面典型结构,使通乡通村道路的修建更加合理化、多样化。 本文通过分析通乡通村公路施工质量控制影响因素,包括公路工程自身特点的因素和施工管理等因素两个方面的综合研究。对通乡通村公路的交通等级进行4级划分,为各地在修筑通乡通村道路时选择道路等级提供更加准确的定位。主要了解影响两种路面结构的使用寿命的主要因素,确定了两种路面结构类型的施工质量控制要点。
[Abstract]:The Inner Mongolia Autonomous region straddles the northeast of the motherland, North China and northwest China. It is adjacent to the eight provinces of Hei, Ji, Liao, Ji, Jin, Shan, Gan and Ning, with a border line of more than 4000 km and a land area of 1.18 million square kilometers. In recent years, the highway of the main line of the autonomous region and the county level has been developed by leaps and bounds, but as an organic part of the highway network, the development of the highway from the countryside to the village is slow. At present, our district has not completely adapted to the local characteristics, economical and practical typical pavement structure system of Tongxiang Tongcun Highway, so it is urgent to study a set of perfect system according to the road construction materials, geological hydrology and climatic conditions, etc. The typical pavement structure of Tongxiang Tongcun highway is suitable for local characteristics to guide the construction of rural pastoral area road. This paper investigates the natural conditions of Tongxiang Tongcun highway, including the distribution of highway geomorphology and pavement materials, and the characteristics and indicators of highway natural regionalization. In order to guide the pavement design and construction of Tongcun-Tongcun highway in our district, the traffic grade of Tongcun-Tongcun highway in our district is classified according to the survey data of traffic condition and traffic volume observation and survey data and the research on traffic characteristics of Tongcun-Tongcun highway in our district. According to the actual characteristics of autonomous region, based on the investigation and analysis of road construction materials, traffic volume and existing road usage, this paper studies the pavement structure of small traffic volume at home and abroad, and selects the surface layer and basic material of Tongxiang-Tongcun highway in our district, based on the investigation and analysis of road construction materials, traffic volume and existing road usage conditions. Technical requirements, design parameters and so on carried out a large number of investigations and experimental studies. On this basis, the selection, composition and design parameters of roadbed and pavement materials of Tongxiang-Tongcun highway in our district are obtained, and the construction experience of Tongxiang-Tongcun highway in the past is used for reference, and the theoretical analysis and experimental verification are carried out. In combination with the climate and natural conditions in Inner Mongolia, the pavement layer and basic materials suitable for different grades of Tongxiang Tongcun Road and 13 typical pavement structure types are recommended, and the typical pavement structures of Tongxiang Tongcun Highway in our district are put forward. To make the construction of rural roads more rational and diversified. This paper analyzes the influencing factors of construction quality control of Tongxiang Tongcun highway, including the factors of highway engineering's own characteristics and construction management. The traffic grade of Tongxiang Tongcun Highway is divided into 4 levels, which provides more accurate positioning for the road grade selection in the construction of Tongxiang Tongcun Road in order to provide a more accurate location for the construction of Tongxiang Tongcun Road. The main factors affecting the service life of two kinds of pavement structures are understood, and the construction quality control points of the two types of pavement structures are determined.
