城市公共交通便捷性评价研究

【摘要】:公共交通是国民经济的基础产业和公共服务体系的重要环节。随着我国国民经济的不断增长,城市化进程不断加快,城市机动化水平的逐渐提高,我国城市居民出行范围不断加大、出行需求不断增加,发展公共交通已经是缓解城市交通环境压力的必然趋势。在此背景之下,研究公共交通的便捷性,对城市公共交通系统的便捷性进行评价,找出城市公共交通便捷性存在的问题,提出相应的对策及建议,能够提高公共交通服务水平,实现城市交通整体水平的提升,保障城市经济社会的发展。 论文基于乘客出行链的角度,根据影响城市公共交通出行便捷性的对公交站点服务范围、公交线网密度、公交信息的获取、公交出行时间、公交运行速度等17个主要影响因素,选取了“换乘距离”、“换乘系数”、“公交站点覆盖率”、“公交线网密度”等14个评价指标,对不同的评价方法对评价城市公共交通便捷性的适用性进行比对和筛选,建立了基于理想解的Vague复合物元评价模型,,给出了了Vague复合物元的定义,根据改进的Vague排序函数确定评价方案物元的正理想解和负理想解,确定了基于理想解的每项评价指标对于最理想情况贴进度的排序,并通过结构熵权法计算指标的权重,利用相似度量对实际值和不同评价等级物元到理想物元的距离,对重庆市城市公共交通便捷性进行了综合评价,得出其综合评价结果为“二级”。最后,结合重庆市主城区公共交通系统的特点,分析了“公交专用道设置率”、“非直线系数”、“公交车平均运行速度”、“公交线路重复系数”等方面存在的不足之处,并提供了重庆市主城区公共交通便捷性合理的优化改进意见,对重庆市公共交通系统进行调整与改进具有可行性和实用性。 在确定每项指标的正理想解和负理想解,确定更为准确的评价指标排序,选择适当的评价方法、多种评价结果的综合比较分析、改进评价指标体系、评价方法的应用和改进等方面有待进一步探讨。
[Abstract]:Public transport is the basic industry of national economy and the important link of public service system. With the continuous growth of our country's national economy, the acceleration of urbanization process, the gradual improvement of the level of urban motorization, the travel range of urban residents in China is constantly increasing, and the travel demand is constantly increasing. The development of public transport is an inevitable trend to alleviate the pressure of urban traffic environment. Under this background, this paper studies the convenience of public transport, evaluates the convenience of urban public transport system, finds out the problems existing in the convenience of urban public transport, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, which can improve the service level of public transport. To realize the promotion of the overall level of urban traffic, to ensure the economic and social development of the city. This paper is based on the angle of passenger departure chain, according to the 17 main influencing factors, such as the service range of bus stop, the density of bus line network, the acquisition of bus information, the time of bus travel, the speed of bus operation and so on, which affect the convenience of public transport travel in the city. Selected 14 evaluation indexes, such as "transfer distance", "transfer coefficient", "bus station coverage", "density of bus line network" and so on, and compared and screened the applicability of different evaluation methods to evaluate the convenience of urban public transport. The Vague complex element evaluation model based on ideal solution is established, and the definition of Vague complex element is given. According to the improved Vague ranking function, the positive and negative conceptual solutions of the matter element of the evaluation scheme are determined. The order of each evaluation index based on the ideal solution for the optimal condition is determined, and the weight of the index is calculated by the structural entropy method, and the distance from the actual value and the matter element of different evaluation grades to the ideal matter element is calculated by the similarity measure. This paper makes a comprehensive evaluation on the convenience of urban public transport in Chongqing, and draws the conclusion that the comprehensive evaluation result is "second class". Finally, according to the characteristics of the public transport system in the main urban area of Chongqing, this paper analyzes the shortcomings in the aspects of "bus lane setup rate", "non-linear coefficient", "average bus running speed", "bus line repetition coefficient", and so on. At the same time, it is feasible and practical to adjust and improve the public transport system of Chongqing by providing reasonable optimization and improvement suggestions for the convenience of public transport in the main urban area of Chongqing. In determining positive ideal solution and negative ideal solution of each index, determining more accurate ranking of evaluation index, choosing appropriate evaluation method, comprehensive comparison and analysis of various evaluation results, improving evaluation index system, The application and improvement of evaluation methods need to be further discussed.
