全风化花岗岩路堤填筑技术及质量控制研究

【摘要】:全风化花岗岩广泛分布于我国南方地区,在高速公路修建过程中将不可避免的穿越全风化花岗岩区域。然而,全风化花岗岩具有云母含量高、结构松散、水稳性差、粘结力小等工程特点,往往导致路基压实度低、弯沉值过大,无法将其直接用于高速公路路堤填筑。而对全风化花岗岩路段直接弃方借土处理,从经济、环保等都将付出较大的代价。因此,对全风化花岗岩的基本特性以及路堤填筑技术和质量控制进行研究,具有非常重要的意义。本文以浏醴高速公路为依托工程,开展全风化花岗岩路堤填筑与质量控制技术研究,主要内容及研究成果包括:(1)通过对浏醴高速公路沿线全风化花岗岩的详细调研,查明了全风化花岗岩的分布情况。对全风化花岗岩沿线路段所取土样进行大量的物理、力学特性试验,总结了该路段全风化花岗岩的工程性质,主要表现为级配不良,结构松散,强度较低等不良工程性质,仅适合于下路堤93区的填筑施工。使用水泥与石灰分别对全风化花岗岩填料进行改良试验,改良后填料基本物理、力学性质变化情况进行了分析,充分考虑经济和拌合均匀性等方面,选择4%的水泥改良土和7%的石灰改良土应用于实际施工。(2)分析了影响压实效果的主要因素,结合现场的碾压试验,对比分析不同含水量、不同松铺厚度和不同强振遍数下的压实效果,得出在松铺厚度为30cm的条件下,碾压工况组合采用光轮静压1遍+弱振2遍+光轮强振3-5遍+静压1遍的情况下,可以达到最佳的压实效果。提出了高含水量下的全风化花岗岩段的利用原则。通过对碾压数据的公式拟合,得出强振遍数和填料含水量、松铺厚度、压实度的非线性回归关系式N=3.723w2.184h-1.363K24.538,可用于整个路段的施工控制,减少工程造价和施工工期。(3)根据浏醴高速公路沿线全风化花岗岩的实际情况,提出针对94、96区水泥、石灰改良以及换填3种处治方案,以现场碾压试验所测得的压实度和弯沉值对处治方案进行可行性分析得出可行方案。同时对可行方案的各项影响因素指标进行优劣分析,利用灰色关联决策方法对处治方案进行优化选择,找出每个合同段关联度最大的处治方案,应用于实际工程。
[Abstract]:All-weathered granite is widely distributed in the south of China, and it will inevitably traverse the whole weathered granite area in the process of highway construction. However, all-weathered granite has the characteristics of high mica content, loose structure, poor water stability and low adhesion force, which often lead to low compactness and excessive deflection value of roadbed, so it can not be directly used to fill highway embankment. The direct disposal of weathered granite section will pay a great price from economy, environmental protection and so on. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the basic characteristics of weathered granite, embankment filling technology and quality control. In this paper, based on the project of Liu Li Expressway, the research on the technology of fully weathered granite embankment filling and quality control is carried out. The main contents and achievements are as follows: (1) through the detailed investigation of all weathered granite along Liuli Expressway, The distribution of all-weathered granite is found out. A large number of physical and mechanical properties tests were carried out on the soil samples taken from the section along the completely weathered granite. The engineering properties of the fully weathered granite in this section were summarized, such as poor grading, loose structure, low strength and other adverse engineering properties. Suitable only for filling construction in area 93 of the lower embankment. Using cement and lime respectively to improve the completely weathered granite filler, the basic physics and mechanical properties of the modified granite filler were analyzed, taking fully into account the economy and mixing uniformity, etc. 4% cement-modified soil and 7% lime-modified soil were selected for practical construction. (2) the main factors affecting compaction effect were analyzed, and different water contents were compared and analyzed in combination with field rolling test. The compaction effect under different thickness of loose paving and different number of strong vibration is obtained. It is concluded that under the condition that the thickness of loose paving is 30cm, the combination of light wheel static pressure 1 time, weak vibration 2 times, light wheel strong vibration 3? 5 times static pressure 1 time, under the condition of loose paving thickness being 30cm, the combination of light wheel static pressure 1 time, weak vibration 2 times, light wheel strong vibration 3? Can achieve the best compaction effect. The utilization principle of fully weathered granite segment under high water content is put forward. By fitting the formula of roller compacting data, the nonlinear regression relations of strong vibration number, packing water content, loose paving thickness and compactness are obtained, which can be used in the construction control of the whole road section, and can be used in the construction control of the whole road section, and it can be used in the construction control of the whole road section. (3) according to the actual situation of all-weathered granite along Liuliu Expressway, three treatment schemes for cement, lime improvement and replacement filling in 94,96 area are put forward. According to the compactness and deflection value measured by the field rolling test, the feasibility of the treatment scheme is analyzed and the feasible scheme is obtained. At the same time, the influence factors index of the feasible scheme is analyzed, and the gray relational decision method is used to optimize the treatment scheme, and the treatment scheme with the largest correlation degree of each contract segment is found out, which is applied to the actual engineering.
