中天山隧道TBM施工破碎围岩段新型注浆加固技术

【摘要】:在TBM掘进施工中,造成TBM卡机的原因非常复杂,包括地质构造状况、设备运行状态、掘进操作水平及施工掘进参数等,其中地质因素是最主要的影响因素。针对地质因素所引起的隧道围岩坍塌或围岩变形过大,最有效的解决措施就是围岩注浆。本文针对中天山隧道节理密集段围岩坍塌或软岩段变形过大,为避免再次发生卡机事故,以提高隧道施工效率,对中天山隧道围岩注浆技术进行了研究,内容主要包括注浆材料、注浆设备、注浆工艺、注浆效果等。
[Abstract]:In TBM tunneling construction, the cause of TBM card machine is very complicated, including geological structure condition, equipment operation state, tunneling operation level and construction excavation parameters, among which geological factors are the most important influencing factors. In view of the collapse of surrounding rock or excessive deformation of surrounding rock caused by geological factors, the most effective solution is the grouting of surrounding rock. In view of the collapse of the surrounding rock in the dense joint section of the Zhongtian Mountain Tunnel or the excessive deformation of the soft rock segment, the grouting technology of the surrounding rock of the Zhongtian Mountain Tunnel is studied in order to avoid the recurrence of the jam accident and to improve the construction efficiency of the tunnel. The content mainly includes grouting material, grouting equipment, grouting technology, grouting effect and so on.
