大跨径钢管混凝土拱桥吊杆更换策略理论研究

【摘要】:拱桥由于其优美的造型和合理的受力形式而得到广泛应用,施工技术和材料工艺的进步促进了桥梁技术的飞速发展,新桥型和新技术不断出现。钢管混凝土拱桥是一种新兴的桥型,在近二三十年内在我国得到了广泛应用。吊杆是该桥型中的一个关键受力构件。由于早期设计经验不足,随着桥梁服役期的增加,吊杆开始出现钢丝锈蚀断裂、防护套开裂、锚具锈蚀破损以及短吊杆破坏等病害,这些因素使得吊杆的实际使用寿命与设计使用寿命相差甚远。为了防止吊杆病害引起桥梁事故,很多桥梁开始对吊杆进行更换,吊杆更换开始进入高峰期。而由于缺乏工程经验,也没有相关的规范可依,现阶段吊杆的更换策略和方案的制定大多参照类似的工程经验进行。因此,对拱桥吊杆更换方案和策略的研究就具有很大的理论知道意义。 为此,本文针对拱桥吊杆更换方案和策略的的制定进行了初步研究,主要进行了以下工作: ①对影响吊杆使用寿命的主要因素进行了总结,,并分析其原因和应采取的措施。通过归纳影响因素的共同点,将他们在寿命函数中的体现形式简化。 ②根据韦布尔分布函数,分别对串并联吊杆系统的失效概率特点进行了分析。 ③结合工程实例,分析了不同的吊杆更换养护方案对吊杆系统失效概率的影响,并对比了各方案的经济性。 ④假设案例的吊杆系统为并联形式,对此种情况下的吊杆更换方案进行了对比和优化。 ⑤总结吊杆更换策略制定应注意的要点,并制定了吊杆更换策略制定流程图。
[Abstract]:Arch bridge has been widely used because of its beautiful shape and reasonable force form. The progress of construction technology and material technology has promoted the rapid development of bridge technology, new bridge type and new technology appear constantly. Concrete-filled steel tube arch bridge is a new type of bridge, which has been widely used in China in recent 20 to 30 years. The hanger is a key component of the bridge. Due to lack of experience in early design, with the increase of service period of bridge, steel wire corrosion fracture, protective sleeve cracking, anchor corrosion damage and short hanger damage began to occur. These factors make the actual service life of the hanger far from the designed service life. In order to prevent the bridge accident caused by the suspension rod disease, many bridges begin to replace the hanger rod, and the replacement of the suspension rod begins to enter the peak period. However, due to the lack of engineering experience, and there are no relevant norms to follow, at this stage, the replacement strategy and plan for the hanger are mostly made by reference to similar engineering experience. Therefore, it is of great theoretical significance to study the replacement scheme and strategy of arch bridge hanger. For this reason, this article has carried on the preliminary research to the arch bridge hanger replacement plan and the strategy formulation, has carried on the following work mainly: 1 has carried on the summary to the main factor which affects the hanger service life, And analyze its causes and measures to be taken. By summing up the common ground of the influencing factors, the form of their embodiment in the life function is simplified. Based on Weibull distribution function, the failure probability characteristics of series-parallel hanger system are analyzed. 3 combined with engineering examples, the influence of different maintenance schemes on the failure probability of hanger system is analyzed, and the economy of each scheme is compared. 4 assuming that the hanger system in the case is in parallel form, the replacement scheme of the hanger rod in this case is compared and optimized. 5 summarize the key points that should be paid attention to make the replacement strategy of the hanger, and draw up the flowchart of the changing strategy of the hanger.
