丽攀高速公路项目施工安全风险管理的研究
[Abstract]:With the leap-forward progress of social economy in our country, the number of private cars has risen sharply, the rapid growth of logistics and the continuous increase of transportation demand, the demand for expressway is increasing. Highway is designed for high speed, safe and comfortable driving, which is an important symbol to measure the modernization level of road traffic in a country, and it is also the inevitable product of the requirements of national economic development. In the construction process, we must be safe, standardized and effective management of the whole process, which is a very important risk management mechanism in the whole construction process, which is also called project risk safety management. Before construction, the risk assessment of the construction object is carried out, the risk situation of the whole project is understood concretely, and the risk size is identified, and the corresponding countermeasures are formulated according to the specific risk index. As far as possible, the risk index of the whole project can be minimized to ensure the safe construction of the project. This paper combs the research results of highway risk management at home and abroad, systematically expounds and summarizes the relevant theories of highway construction safety risk management, and summarizes the concept, characteristics, project management tasks and types of engineering project management. The construction risk of highway engineering is defined, the mechanism of safety risk of highway engineering construction is clarified, and the process of risk management is summarized. On the basis of mastering the general situation of Lipan Expressway, hydrogeological conditions, the key and difficult projects of expressway construction, this paper identifies the risk factors of Lipan Expressway. The risk of subgrade engineering, bridge engineering, tunnel engineering and other main sub-projects of Lipan Expressway is analyzed respectively. The earthwork and rock excavation of subgrade earthwork are systematically analyzed. The construction technology and work types in subgrade slope protection and subgrade filling projects are analyzed, and the possible risk factors are analyzed. The construction of bridge foundation, lower structure and superstructure, as well as the engineering geological conditions of tunnel, tunnel ventilation, tunnel power supply and drainage construction process and possible risk factors are systematically analyzed. The construction safety risk of Lipan Expressway is evaluated from four aspects: human factor, material factor, environmental factor and organizational factor by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. According to the results of the evaluation, the countermeasures of subgrade earthwork, bridge engineering and tunnel construction process are worked out at the end of this paper.
