小曲率半径转弯段盾构施工隧道特性研究

【摘要】:地下盾构轨道在线路的选择上,由于受规划及建、构筑物的制约,通常需要采用小曲率半径的曲线隧道绕过城市中密集的建筑物和各种管道等障碍物,从城市地下隧道的长远发展来看,小曲率半径隧道修建任务必将越来越多。但小曲率半径隧道的盾构施工过程中的土体变形、隧道管片应力情况以及引起的环境安全问题非常复杂,是盾构隧道施工设计和施工安全的关键性问题,,直接关系到工程的施工安全、质量和造价。 本文针对小曲率半径转弯段盾构施工隧道特性,制定了小曲率半径转弯段隧道盾构施工对周边土体变形、土体应力与隧道管片应力影响的监测方案。通过现场原位试验,对小曲率半径转弯段盾构隧道施工时的土体分层沉降、深层水平位移、孔隙水压力、土压力和隧道管片应力进行监测。结合现场情况及现有的相关理论,对监测数据进行分析,得出以下成果: (1)小曲率半径隧道转弯段盾构施工引起土体位移、土体孔隙水压力和土压力的变化规律。 (2)小曲率半径隧道转弯段盾构施工引起管片轴向应力和环向应力的变化规律。 同时,将小曲率半径隧道转弯段的以上规律与直线段盾构隧道进行对比,得出其特性,可为小曲率半径隧道的设计、施工及环境安全保护提供参考。
[Abstract]:In the selection of underground shield track, due to the restriction of planning, construction and structure, it is usually necessary to use a curved tunnel with small curvature radius to bypass the dense buildings and all kinds of pipelines in the city. From the long-term development of urban underground tunnel, the construction task of small curvature radius tunnel will be more and more. However, the deformation of soil, the stress of tunnel segment and the environmental safety problems caused by the shield construction of small curvature radius tunnel are very complex, which are the key problems in the construction design and construction safety of shield tunnel. It is directly related to the construction safety, quality and cost of the project. According to the characteristics of shield construction in the turning section of small curvature radius, the monitoring scheme of the influence of shield construction on the deformation of surrounding soil, soil stress and tunnel segment stress is worked out in this paper. Through in situ test, the layered settlement, deep horizontal displacement, pore water pressure, earth pressure and tunnel segment stress in shield tunnel construction with small curvature radius turning section are monitored. Combined with the field situation and the existing related theories, the monitoring data are analyzed, and the following results are obtained: (1) the variation of soil displacement, soil pore water pressure and soil pressure caused by shield construction of small curvature radius tunnel. (2) the variation of axial stress and circumferential stress of segment caused by shield construction in curved section of tunnel with small curvature radius. At the same time, the above laws of the turning section of the small curvature radius tunnel are compared with those of the straight line shield tunnel, and its characteristics are obtained, which can provide a reference for the design, construction and environmental safety protection of the small curvature radius tunnel.
