波纹钢腹板预应力混凝土组合箱梁桥静力性能研究

【摘要】:波纹钢腹板组合箱梁是一种特殊的钢-混组合结构,它与传统的混凝土腹板箱梁相比,有很大的优点,然而目前对于波纹钢腹板组合箱梁的理论研究,我国还处于初步阶段。本文主要结合奉化江大桥(三跨波纹钢腹板预应力混凝土连续箱梁桥),对波纹钢腹板预应力混凝土组合箱梁桥的抗弯、抗剪以及剪力连接件的性能进行研究。 采用结构力学方法,推导了波纹钢腹板轴向有效弹性模量的表达式,并介绍了常用的几种波纹钢腹板的波纹形状系数。给出了波纹钢腹板纵向刚度、轴向刚度以及弯曲正应力的计算公式;通过几种模型对比分析,得到了箱室数量变化对于波纹钢腹板组合箱梁的剪力滞的影响规律;给出了体外预应力束应力增量以及极限应力的求解公式,并参考混凝土腹板箱梁弯曲理论推导了波纹钢腹板抗弯承载力计算公式;采用Midas Civil2012对奉化江大桥进行了有限元分析,并对抗弯承载力进行了验算。 介绍了波纹钢腹板剪应力分布规律以及剪应力的计算方法,同时参考不同学者的研究成果,给出了波纹钢腹板剪切屈曲强度的计算公式;同时,采用ANSYS有限元分析软件,对波纹钢腹板非线性屈曲进行了参数分析,得到了波纹钢腹板板厚、波高、平板宽以及斜板倾角对波纹钢腹板剪切屈曲的影响规律;并对奉化江大桥波纹钢腹板进行了剪应力以及剪切屈曲验算。 结合日本规范,给出了波纹钢腹板与顶、底板混凝土结合部的纵向抗水平剪力以及横向抗角隅弯矩的设计方法,,并对奉化江大桥的顶、底板混凝土与波纹钢腹板之间的抗剪连接件进行了纵向以及横向设计验算。
[Abstract]:Corrugated steel web composite box girder is a special steel-concrete composite structure, which has great advantages compared with the traditional concrete web box girder. However, at present, the theoretical research of corrugated steel web composite box girder is still in the preliminary stage in our country. In this paper, combined with Fenghua River Bridge (three-span corrugated steel web prestressed concrete continuous box girder bridge), the bending, shear resistance and shear connector performance of corrugated steel webs prestressed concrete composite box girder bridge are studied. By using the method of structural mechanics, the expression of axial effective elastic modulus of bellows is derived, and the wavy shape coefficients of several kinds of bellows are introduced. The formulas for calculating the longitudinal stiffness, axial stiffness and bending normal stress of corrugated steel web are given, and the influence of the number of box rooms on the shear lag of corrugated steel web composite box girder is obtained through the comparative analysis of several models. The formulas for solving the stress increment and ultimate stress of external prestress beams are given, and the formulas for calculating the bending capacity of corrugated steel webs are derived with reference to the bending theory of concrete webs. The finite element analysis of Fenghua River Bridge is carried out by Midas Civil2012, and the bending capacity of Fenghua River Bridge is checked and calculated. The distribution of shear stress and the calculation method of shear stress are introduced. at the same time, referring to the research results of different scholars, the formula for calculating the shear buckling strength of corrugated steel web is given. At the same time, the nonlinear buckling of corrugated steel web is analyzed by using ANSYS finite element analysis software, and the effects of web thickness, wave height, plate width and inclined angle on shear buckling of corrugated steel web are obtained. The shear stress and shear flexion of the corrugated steel web of Fenghua River Bridge are checked and calculated. Combined with the Japanese code, the design method of longitudinal horizontal shear force and transverse corner bending moment of the concrete joint of corrugated steel web and roof and bottom plate is given, and the top of Fenghua River Bridge is also given. The longitudinal and transverse design of shear connectors between floor concrete and corrugated steel webs is carried out.
