节段接头剪力键应力与地基沉降关系及剪力承担比研究

【摘要】:沉管隧道因其现场施工工期短且不妨碍航运等特点越来越多的在跨江跨海工程中使用。我国沉管法施工近几年来逐渐得到重视,发展迅速。沉管节段接头是沉管隧道即薄弱又关键的位置,节段接头剪力键作为连接沉管管节节段的重要手段,剪力键的深入研究必然对节段接头安全性具有重要意义,同时在抵抗剪力作用过程中各剪力键各自承担比重尚未研究,明确节段接头剪力键承担比可以为剪力键设计提供指导帮助。本文以港珠澳沉管隧道为工程背景,在其特定的工程背景下进行剪力键应力与地基沉降量之间关系探讨和节段接头剪力键剪力承担比研究。 本文主要研究内容如下: 1)建立实际工程沉管尺寸有限元模型,模拟可能出现的四种工况,确定剪力键受力最不利工况,,以此作为物理试验研究工况。 2)确定物理模型试验模型相似比、相似判据,检验装配式剪力键方案可行性。 3)建立物理模型试验有限元模型,对其数值结果与物理试验测试结果进行对比,论证物理模型试验有限元模型可靠性。 4)描述解释物理模型试验剪力键破坏特征,总结剪力键应力与地基沉降量之间关系,确定节段接头剪力键建立承担比。
[Abstract]:Sinking pipe tunnel is more and more used in cross-river and sea-crossing projects because of its short site construction period and without hindering shipping. In recent years, the construction of sinking pipe method in China has been paid more and more attention and developed rapidly. The sinking pipe segment joint is the weak and key position of the sinking pipe tunnel. The shear key of the segment joint is an important means to connect the sinking pipe segment, and the in-depth study of the shear key is bound to be of great significance to the safety of the segment joint. At the same time, in the process of resisting shear force, the specific gravity of each shear key has not yet been studied, and the clear shear key bearing ratio of segmental joint can provide guidance and help for the design of shear key. In this paper, the relationship between shear bond stress and foundation settlement and the shear bond shear load ratio of segmental joints are studied under the specific engineering background of Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao immersed pipe tunnel. The main contents of this paper are as follows: 1) the finite element model of sinking pipe size in practical engineering is established, four possible working conditions are simulated, and the most unfavorable conditions of shear bond force are determined, which is used as the research condition of physical test. 2) to determine the similarity ratio and similarity criterion of the physical model test model, and to test the feasibility of the assembled shear key scheme. 3) the finite element model of physical model test is established, and the numerical results are compared with those of physical test, and the reliability of finite element model of physical model test is demonstrated. 4) describe and explain the failure characteristics of shear keys in physical model tests, summarize the relationship between shear bond stress and foundation settlement, and determine the bearing ratio of shear keys in segmental joints.
