基于图像处理的车速检测方法研究

【摘要】:近年来,基于图像处理的交通信息检测技术成了交通领域研究的热点。作为交通信息检测的重要组成部分,图像处理的车速检测系统有着广泛的应用前景。因此,进行车速检测方法的研究具有重要的意义。 论文对基于图像处理的车速检测系统和车速检测算法进行了研究,设计了适用于车速检测的一维和二维摄像机标定方法。论文的工作主要内容有以下几点: 1.视频车速检测系统。论文对车速检测系统进行了详细的研究,分析现在存在的难点,针对本文设计了车速检测系统的硬件结构和软件结构。 2.摄像机标定方法。将基于线性模型的一维标定扩展到二维标定,提高了摄像机标定的精度。 3.车速检测算法。论文通过图像处理提取目标车辆,获得目标车辆的特征点,对特征点运行轨迹进行拟合,结合摄像机标定将每一帧之间的像素距离转化为实际距离,最后对得到的距离和时间数据进行数据拟合,获得目标车辆的行驶速度。 本文设计了一种实用的车速检测方法,,在城市道路中进行了测试,能够实现车辆瞬时速度的实时检测,在实际应用中精度达到95%以上。本设计可以满足实际应用要求,可应用于城市道理车速检测,车速调查等方面。
[Abstract]:In recent years, traffic information detection technology based on image processing has become a hot research topic in the field of traffic. As an important part of traffic information detection, the speed detection system of image processing has a wide range of application prospects. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the speed detection method. In this paper, the speed detection system and speed detection algorithm based on image processing are studied, and a one-dimensional and two-dimensional camera calibration method suitable for speed detection is designed. The main contents of this paper are as follows: 1. Video speed detection system. In this paper, the speed detection system is studied in detail, the existing difficulties are analyzed, and the hardware structure and software structure of the speed detection system are designed. 2. Camera calibration method. The one-dimensional calibration based on linear model is extended to two-dimensional calibration, and the accuracy of camera calibration is improved. 3. Speed detection algorithm. In this paper, the target vehicle is extracted by image processing, the feature points of the target vehicle are obtained, the running trajectory of the feature points is fitted, and the pixel distance between each frame is transformed into the actual distance combined with camera calibration. Finally, the distance and time data are fitted to obtain the speed of the target vehicle. In this paper, a practical speed detection method is designed, which is tested in urban roads, which can realize the real-time detection of vehicle instantaneous speed, and the accuracy is more than 95% in practical application. This design can meet the requirements of practical application, and can be used in urban reasonable speed detection, speed investigation and so on.
