橡胶颗粒沥青路面施工工艺及质量控制研究

【摘要】:公路交通的飞速发展促使了新材料、新工艺在道路建设上的应用,橡胶颗粒沥青混合料作为一种筑路材料比传统的沥青混合料有着更为优良的路用性能,同时将废旧轮胎加工成橡胶颗粒掺加到沥青混合料中也可以保护环境、节约资源。 但是将橡胶颗粒加入到混合料中后会改变原有的矿料组成结构,传统的沥青混合料施工工艺已不再适用于橡胶颗粒沥青混合料,在现场铺筑实际路面时,也有必要在传统沥青路面质量控制的基础之上探索一套新的更加有效的适用于橡胶颗粒沥青路面的质量控制方法。 本文在结合国内外相关研究成果的基础上,运用正交实验设计,分析了拌合时间、拌合温度、成型温度以及成型击实次数等因素对橡胶颗粒沥青混合料性能的影响,并得出了一套较为合理的室内拌合成型工艺。结合试验路铺筑,形成了施工材料以及施工关键工序的质量控制方法。最终对铺筑完成的路面进行质量检测,并取得了良好的效果,实现了现场对橡胶颗粒沥青路面的施工质量进行控制的目的。本文所取得的主要研究成果如下: 1、就骨架密实型橡胶颗粒沥青混合料而言,橡胶颗粒充当集料的作用以外掺的方式加入到混合料中,并按橡胶颗粒的体积比例进行配合比设计是合理的,对其各项路用性能进行检验,检验结果均符合国家规范的要求。 2、本文采用正交试验对骨架密实型橡胶颗粒沥青混合料的室内成型工艺进行了研究,并确定出了各种因素对拌合成型效果的影响程度的大小。最终通过试验确定出的最佳成型工艺为:石料和橡胶的拌和时间是40s,沥青的拌和时间的是85s,沥青的拌和温度是180℃,击实次数是80次,采用二次成型的方法,第一次的成型温度是170℃,第二次的成型温度是80℃。 3、结合现场试验路段铺筑的情况,探索出了一套可以用于骨架密实型橡胶颗粒沥青路面进行施工质量控制的措施,并通过对最终铺筑路面进行质量检测加以验证,按照规范要求对施工原材料进行质量检查验收,在施工过程中对各个施工环节的质量加以控制,可以提高橡胶颗粒沥青路面的施工质量。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of highway traffic has promoted the application of new materials and new technology in road construction. Rubber particle asphalt mixture, as a kind of road construction material, has better road performance than the traditional asphalt mixture. At the same time, the processing of waste tires into rubber particles can also protect the environment and save resources. However, when rubber particles are added to the mixture, the original mineral composition structure will be changed. The traditional asphalt mixture construction technology is no longer suitable for rubber particle asphalt mixture. When the actual pavement is laid on the spot, It is also necessary to explore a new and more effective quality control method for rubber particle asphalt pavement on the basis of traditional asphalt pavement quality control. In this paper, based on the relevant research results at home and abroad, the effects of mixing time, mixing temperature, molding temperature and compaction times on the properties of rubber particle asphalt mixture were analyzed by orthogonal experimental design. A set of reasonable indoor mixing molding technology is obtained. Combined with the paving of the test road, the quality control method of the construction material and the key process of the construction is formed. Finally, the quality of the paving pavement is tested, and good results are obtained, and the purpose of controlling the construction quality of rubber particle asphalt pavement is realized. The main research results of this paper are as follows: 1. As far as the skeleton dense rubber particle asphalt mixture is concerned, rubber particles are added to the mixture in addition to the effect of aggregate. It is reasonable to design the mixture according to the volume proportion of rubber particles, and the test results are in accordance with the requirements of the national code. 2. In this paper, the indoor molding process of skeleton dense rubber particle asphalt mixture was studied by orthogonal test, and the influence of various factors on the mixing effect was determined. Finally, the optimum molding process is determined as follows: the mixing time of stone and rubber is 40s, the mixing time of asphalt is 85s, the mixing temperature of asphalt is 180 鈩,
