试件成型温度对温拌路面磨耗层沥青混合料结构设计参数的影响

【摘要】:通过对添加不同温拌剂的NovaChip○R Type C半开级配超薄磨耗层沥青混合料进行试验,对比分析了不同试件成型温度对温拌路面磨耗层沥青混合料结构设计参数的影响。试验结果分析显示:无论是添加Sasobit○R温拌剂还是EvothermTM温拌剂,NovaChip○R Type C型沥青混合料的抗压回弹模量均随着试件成型温度的降低呈现先增大后减少的趋势;给定同一类型温拌剂,NovaChip○R Type C型沥青混合料15℃劈裂抗拉强度随着试件成型温度的降低而呈现先增大后减小的趋势;对试件给定同一温度,添加Sasobit○R温拌剂时15℃劈裂抗拉强度值较大,但是与添加EvothermTM温拌剂时的值相差不大。
[Abstract]:Through the test of NovaChip0R Type C semi-open graded ultra-thin wear layer asphalt mixture with different warm mixing agents, the influence of different specimen forming temperature on the structural design parameters of asphalt mixture in warm mix pavement wear layer is compared and analyzed. The test results show that the compressive resilience modulus of NovaChip0R Type C asphalt mixture increases at first and then decreases with the decrease of molding temperature, whether Sasobit0R warm mixing agent or EvothermTM warm mixing agent is added.
