新型双层自行车停放架设计

【摘要】:以自行车停放架为研究对象,设计了一种省时省力、方便存取的新型双层自行车停放架。分析了螺旋式、卡位式及双层自行车停放架的存放原理及在自行车存取过程中存在的问题;对比螺旋式、卡位式及双层式自行车停车架的结构。通过PRO/E三维建模及实物模型制作,证明新型双层自行车停放架较容易实现上层与下层自行车的存取。花费时间少,使用方便,占地小。在相同占地面积下,新型自行车停放架是螺旋式停车架存车量的1.6~2.5倍,是卡位式停车架的2倍。存放上层车辆,新型双层车架可节省人体消耗能量77J。
[Abstract]:Taking the bicycle parking rack as the research object, a new type of double-layer bicycle parking frame is designed, which saves time and effort and is convenient to access. This paper analyzes the storage principle of spiral, clamping and double-layer bicycle parking frames and the problems existing in the process of bicycle access, and compares the structures of spiral, clamping and double-layer bicycle parking frames. Through PRO/E 3D modeling and physical model making, it is proved that the new double-layer bicycle parking frame is easy to access the upper and lower bicycles. It takes less time, is convenient to use and occupies a small area. Under the same area, the new bicycle parking frame is 1.6 times 2.5 times of the spiral parking frame and twice as much as the card parking frame. When the upper layer vehicle is stored, the new double layer frame can save 77J energy consumption of human body.
