基于系统仿真技术的集装箱码头堆场调度研究

【摘要】:随着世界经济的复苏,中国内外贸生意将继续扩大,集装箱运输量也会有新的增长。但随着集装箱运输量的增长,港口的经营竞争也必将迎来新的挑战与机遇。为了保住货源,,保证客户的利益,码头必须提高顾客的满意度,减少拖车在港停留时间,保证船舶班轮可以按照班期离港。同时,码头也要考虑自身的能力,包括设备的使用情况、成本因素等,传统的简单依靠增加设备去完成作业任务并不可取,不但增加了成本,也并不一定能够提高作业效率。因此,需要通过合理有效的配置资源才能真正达到目标。 本文通过综述国内外港口堆场应用现状,分析了目前先进港口码头堆场的使用情况,利用在码头实地实践并参与改进的经验和知识,研究了天津港T码头目前实际运作的情况,包括T码头堆场使用情况、堆场作业类型及作业组织形式,并提出要解决的问题。结合离散型仿真建模方法,通过计算机仿真实验对T码头的作业生产组织、机械调配资源等方面进行了分析优化,包括分别对码头的岸桥、场桥、拖车等资源按优化目标建立仿真模型,并通过Plant Simulation仿真软件进行仿真验证,得出优化的机械配置比例结论。最后,对T码头制定生产计划过程中难以控制的情形进行分析,提出改善建议,实施效果证明本文改善方案是可行的。
[Abstract]:With the recovery of the world economy, China's foreign trade will continue to expand, and there will be a new increase in container traffic. However, with the increase of container traffic volume, the operation and competition of the port will also usher in new challenges and opportunities. In order to keep the supply of goods and to guarantee the customer's interests, the terminal must improve the customer's satisfaction, reduce the residence time of the trailer in the port, and ensure that the liner of the ship can leave in accordance with the shift period. At the same time, the wharf also needs to consider its own capabilities, including the use of equipment, cost factors and so on, and the traditional simple reliance on the addition of equipment to complete the operation task is not advisable, not only the cost is increased, and the operation efficiency is not necessarily improved. Therefore, it is necessary to achieve the goal through a reasonable and effective allocation of resources. This paper, through the review of the present situation of the application of the port yard at home and abroad, analyzes the situation of the use of the present advanced port terminal yard, uses the experience and knowledge in the field practice of the terminal and participates in the improvement, and studies the actual operation of the T-terminal in Tianjin Port, including the use condition of the T-terminal stockyard. The operation type of the stockyard and the form of the operation organization, and ask the question to be solved In this paper, by means of computer simulation, the paper analyzes and optimizes the operation production organization and mechanical allocation resource of T-terminal by computer simulation experiment, including the establishment of simulation model for quay crane, field bridge, trailer and other resources according to the optimization objective. Type, and the simulation verification is carried out by the Plant Simulation simulation software to obtain the optimized mechanical configuration proportion junction In the end, the paper analyzes the situation which is difficult to control during the production planning process of the T-terminal, puts forward the improvement suggestion, and proves that the improvement of the scheme is feasible.
