盾构始发井施工对周围管线的变形影响规律及其控制技术

【摘要】:为了避免管线受地铁施工带来的影响,许多管线被迫迁移,但在某些情况下管线无法迁移时,必须采取合理的施工措施,保证盾构始发井的施工对周围管线的影响降低到最小。文章以西安地铁3号线为工程背景,建立了盾构始发井施工过程的FLAC模拟计算模型,制定了管线的监测方案,分析了通-胡区间盾构始发井施工对周围排水管线及给水管线的变形影响规律,提出了合理的管线变形保护措施。研究表明,盾构始发井施工时,对周围环境的影响大小是不一样的,随着距盾构始发井距离的增大,影响程度逐渐减小。实践表明,计算结果和监测结果基本一致,提出的盾构始发井施工方案可有效地减小施工对周围管线产生的变形影响。
[Abstract]:In order to avoid the influence of subway construction, many pipelines are forced to migrate, but in some cases, when the pipeline can not be transferred, reasonable construction measures must be taken to ensure that the influence of shield initiation well construction on the surrounding pipeline is minimized. Based on Xi'an Metro Line 3, this paper establishes the FLAC simulation calculation model of shield initiation well construction process, formulates the monitoring scheme of pipeline, analyzes the influence of shield initiation well construction on the deformation of surrounding drainage pipeline and water supply pipeline, and puts forward reasonable pipeline deformation protection measures. The results show that the influence on the surrounding environment is different during the construction of the shield initiation well, and the influence degree decreases with the increase of the distance from the shield initiation well. The practice shows that the calculated results are basically consistent with the monitoring results, and the proposed shield initiation well construction scheme can effectively reduce the deformation influence of the construction on the surrounding pipeline.
