某预应力混凝土T型刚沟桥检测与加固方案研究

【摘要】:随着预应力混凝土T型刚构桥的病害日益突出,对其病害成因、加固技术和桥梁实际承载能力评定方法的研究已是迫在眉睫。本文以黑龙江某公路大桥为背景,对预应力混凝土T型刚构桥加固后荷载性能进行了研究。 首先,对黑龙江某公路大桥的检测内容、现状和检测结论进行了详细地阐述与分析,并对结构承载能力检测和评定的主要内容做了详细的论述。又分别按JTJ(023-85)规范和JTG (D60-2004)规范对黑龙江结构进行了承载力验算。为确定桥梁运营现状提供了理论依据。 其次,根据黑龙江某公路大桥外观检测和结构承载力验算的结论,阐述并制定了该桥的加固改造原则和加固改造方案。 最后,以黑龙江某公路大桥动载试验和静载试验为背景,详细阐述了该桥荷载试验的目的、内容和过程,并对荷载试验的数据进行分析处理,得知该桥通过加固维修,结构承载能力得到大幅度的提升,动力工作性能和耐久性达到了桥梁维修加固的预期效果。检验了加固方案的合理性,为同类型桥梁结构加固的加固和荷载试验提供了参考依据。
[Abstract]:As the disease of the T-type rigid-frame bridge of the prestressed concrete is becoming more and more serious, the research on the cause of the disease, the reinforcement technology and the evaluation method of the actual bearing capacity of the bridge is imminent. In this paper, the load performance of the prestressed concrete T-type rigid frame bridge is studied in the background of a highway bridge in Heilongjiang. First, the content, status and test conclusions of a highway bridge in Heilongjiang are elaborated and analyzed in detail, and the main contents of the detection and evaluation of the structure carrying capacity are discussed in detail. The bearing capacity of the Heilongjiang structure is tested according to the specifications of JTJ (023-85) and JTG (D60-2004), respectively. In order to determine the present situation of the bridge operation, the theoretical basis is provided. Second, according to the conclusion of the checking of the appearance of a highway bridge in Heilongjiang and the checking of the structural bearing capacity of the bridge, the reinforcement and modification principle and the strengthening and reform of the bridge are set out. Based on the dynamic load test and static load test of a certain highway bridge in Heilongjiang, the purpose, contents and process of the bridge load test are described in detail, and the data of the load test is analyzed and processed. The improvement of the amplitude, the dynamic working performance and the durability have achieved the bridge maintenance and reinforcement The expected effect of the reinforcement scheme is checked, and the reinforcement and load test for the reinforcement of the same type of bridge structure are provided.
