阿尔及利亚铁路运输机车配置优化研究

阿尔及利亚运输系统由公路、铁路和海运等各种运输方式组成。近年来,由于人口、农业、矿业及工业活动的不断发展,铁路逐渐在沿海港口及主要城市的货物运输中扮演着重要的角色。目前,在铁路运输中还面临着许多问题,如机车分配问题。并且运输公司已经逐渐意识到组织优化方法在提升运输效率方面的重要作用。本论文的研究目标是:寻找并运用合理的数学模型研究铁路货物运输中的机车分配问题,从而在有限的机车资源条件下,使线路的运输能力最大。面对各种运输难题,国家铁路运输公司凭借其丰富的经验,满足了全国大部分的运输需求。随着运输市场的不断发展和扩大,运输方式的多样性及不确定性,促使铁路运输部门采取相应的措施,以使铁路运输效益最大化。为了铁路企业的发展,决策者需要从众多的可选方案中选取最优方案。同时,为了企业的可持续发展,公司需要制定铁路运输的中长期发展规划,从而实现货物运输中各运输设备的优化管理。本文研究铁路运输中的机车分配问题如下:基于各货物的运输需求和各列车的运输线路,在确定的机车资源配置条件下,采取最优的分配方法将各机车分配至铁路列车中,以使铁路线路的运输能力最大化,进而高效地完成货物运输任务。本文构建“多元线性...
