基于AHP法的厄瓜多尔港口选择评价

本文从选择港口时的标准决策角度,对最广泛的多标准决策技术之一层次分析过程（AHP）进行了评述。首先,分析为了做出决定而被考虑的不同的重要标准。这些航运公司近年来针对的是附加值更高的业务:港务局竞相将航运公司作为客户,因此,拥有一个运营发展良好并能妥善处理所有类型和规模的港口船到达的港口非常重要。大多数线路运输公司今天或多或少都会看到这一趋势的影响。在这种情况下,航运线路在港口的选择中扮演着重要的角色。与此同时,拉丁美洲港口不仅在国内的竞争力很强而且在国际上竞争力也在持续增强。本文采用层次分析法（AHP）来检验从瓜亚基尔,埃斯梅拉达斯,曼塔和玻利瓦尔港口选择中的六个港口选择标准（港口地理位置,水量,货运量,港口费和码头处理费,IT能力和腹地）。模型结果显示,地理位置,水深,腹地和货物量是港口选择的最重要标准。竞争和港口发展也是再次考虑港口选择的重要标准。提出了一些有利于港口整合和发展的能力建议,这样国家港口就会更具竞争力,吸引更多的客户。
