热暴露对柴油机缸盖用高强度灰铸铁组织性能的影响

【摘要】:为了满足高功率密度柴油机机体和汽缸盖的材料高温稳定性的要求,通过金相显微分析,结合力学性能测定,研究了在热暴露温度不变的情况下,不同热暴露时间对柴油机缸盖用高强度灰铸铁力学性能的影响规律。结果表明:高强度灰铸铁在500℃不同热暴露时间后的室温抗拉强度随着保温时间的延长逐渐降低,σ_b(0 h)=340 MPa,σ_b(700 h)=280 MPa,伸长率随着保温时间的延长呈先升后降趋势;随着热暴露时间的延长,基体组织中珠光体量逐渐降低,铁素体量逐渐增多,珠光体量由0 h时的90%降到1 000 h时的40%左右。
[Abstract]:In order to meet the requirements of high temperature stability of high power density diesel engine block and cylinder head, the thermal exposure temperature was studied under the condition of constant thermal exposure temperature by metallographic microanalysis and mechanical property measurement. The effect of different heat exposure time on the mechanical properties of high strength gray cast iron used in cylinder head of diesel engine was studied.
