多孔质电极的深孔电火花加工性能

【摘要】:通过制备符合电火花加工要求的多孔质电极并搭建实验系统,对多孔质电极在深孔条件下的电火花加工性能进行了实验研究.结果表明,在工件上表面加工较浅的型腔时,多孔质电极与实体电极的材料去除率相差不大;而在工件上表面加工深孔时,多孔质电极能够以不抬刀的方式进行加工,使其加工效率得到提高,且加工速度不受加工深度的影响;对于较大深度的半封闭复杂型面加工,采用多孔质电极不仅能够提高其粗加工效率,而且可以利用冲液以避免碳柱的产生.
[Abstract]:Through the preparation of porous electrode with electric spark processing requirements and set up the experimental system, the porous electrode in deep hole under the condition of EDM performance were studied. The results show that the cavity on the workpiece surface shallow, porous electrode and solid electrode material removal rate difference not on the surface of workpiece; deep hole machining, porous electrode can be processed to knife the way, so that the processing efficiency is improved, and the processing speed is not affected by the depth of processing; for larger depth of semi closed complex surface machining, the porous electrode can not only improve the rough machining the efficiency, but also can use the washing liquid to avoid carbon column.
