基于DSP的并联式大功率脉冲MIG焊逆变电源系统

【摘要】:针对高效化焊接对增大焊接电流以提高生产效率的要求,提出利用两台逆变器并联实现脉冲MIG焊逆变电源的大功率输出.采用数字信号处理器TMS320LF2407A构建基于DSP的并联式大功率脉冲MIG焊数字化控制系统.利用DSP丰富的外设资源和优异的控制性能,实现单一DSP控制两台逆变器,保证了焊接电源的并联大功率输出.结果表明,所设计的并联式大功率脉冲MIG焊逆变电源能实现大电流高效化焊接,焊接性能稳定,焊缝成形美观.
[Abstract]:In view of the requirement of high efficiency welding to increase welding current to improve production efficiency, In this paper, two inverters are used in parallel to realize high power output of pulsed MIG welding inverter. Digital signal processor (TMS320LF2407A) is used to construct parallel digital control system of high power pulsed MIG welding based on DSP. The rich peripheral equipment of DSP is used. Resources and excellent control performance, Two inverters are controlled by a single DSP, which ensures the parallel output of the welding power source. The results show that the designed parallel high power pulse MIG welding inverter can realize high current and high efficiency welding, and the welding performance is stable. The weld is beautiful in shape.
