超级奥氏体不锈钢偏析行为及元素再分配规律

【摘要】:通过扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)和能谱分析(EDS)等方法,研究了超级奥氏体不锈钢Cr20Ni24Mo6N钢凝固过程中的偏析行为,采用Thermo-Calc方法揭示了各相的析出规律,基于残余偏析指数理论公式计算分析了合金元素的扩散规律,研究了均匀化参数对合金元素再分配的影响规律。结果表明:Cr20Ni24Mo6N钢铸锭存在严重的Mo元素偏析,主要析出相为σ相,残余偏析指数随加热温度的升高和保温时间的延长而减小,元素偏析基本消除的均匀化参数为1250℃/24 h。
[Abstract]:The segregation behavior of super austenitic stainless steel Cr20Ni24Mo6N steel during solidification was studied by means of scanning electron microscope (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and energy dispersive analysis (EDS). The precipitation law of each phase was revealed by Thermo-Calc method. Based on the theoretical formula of residual segregation index, the diffusion law of alloy elements is calculated and analyzed, and the influence of homogenization parameters on the redistribution of alloy elements is studied. The results show that there is a serious segregation of Mo elements in the steel ingot, and the main precipitated phase is 蟽 phase. The residual segregation index decreases with the increase of heating temperature and the prolongation of holding time, and the homogenization parameter of elemental segregation elimination is 1250 鈩,
