机械用钢12MnNiVR的回火工艺研究

【摘要】:对某钢厂生产的12MnNiVR在不同温度下进行回火试验,对回火后的试样进行力学性能测试,并借助扫描电镜观察回火后的冲击试样断口形貌。结果表明:经回火处理后,12MnNiVR材料的抗拉强度急剧下降,冲击韧度大幅改善,其最佳回火温度为630℃。回火后材料的断口呈韧窝状,其中的夹杂物多为Al_2O_3、TiO_2和MnS的复合型夹杂。
[Abstract]:The tempering test of 12MnNiVR produced in a steel plant was carried out at different temperatures, and the mechanical properties of the tempered samples were tested. The results show that the tensile strength of 12MnNiVR after tempering decreases sharply, and the impact toughness is greatly improved. The best tempering temperature is 630 鈩,
