含Nb的Cr35Ni45系和Cr25Ni35系离心铸管组织和高温性能对比

【摘要】:利用扫描电镜(SEM)和透射电镜(TEM)分析手段,研究了含Nb的离心铸管Cr25Ni35Nb和Cr35Ni45系合金轴向高温短时拉伸性能及其断口形貌。结果表明,1000℃以下,Cr35Ni45Nb合金的高温短时抗拉性能优于Cr25Ni35Nb合金,随温度升高,两者抗拉和屈服强度均降低;而Cr35Ni45Nb合金的延伸率明显高于Cr25Ni35Nb合金。两种合金的微观组织为奥氏体基体、共晶碳化物和NbC。Cr25Ni35Nb合金高温短时拉伸宏观断口较平整,韧窝尺寸小且数量较少,而Cr35Ni45Nb合金高温短时拉伸断口有大而深的韧窝,反映其延展性较好。
