42CrMo转向横拉杆断裂分析及优化设计

【摘要】:采用化学成分分析、硬度测试、断口宏观分析、微观分析以及受力分析等方法,对断裂的42CrMo转向横拉杆进行失效分析。研究表明,转向横拉杆的失效原因为交变载荷下的疲劳断裂,导致疲劳断裂的直接原因是横拉杆局部应力集中严重。应用有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench,采用正交试验设计与方差分析方法,分析了结构参数对应力集中的影响,得出转向横拉杆的结构落差尺寸A为引起应力值偏大的主要因素,优化后两个区域的应力值分别下降20.89%和13.72%。优化结构参数后的转向横拉杆批量生产后没有出现之前断裂现象,优化效果显著,满足了生产使用要求。
[Abstract]:By means of chemical composition analysis, hardness test, fracture macro analysis, micro analysis and stress analysis, failure analysis of the broken 42CrMo steering bar is carried out.The research shows that the failure of steering bar is caused by fatigue fracture under alternating load, and the direct cause of fatigue fracture is the serious local stress concentration of the bar.By using the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench, the influence of structural parameters on stress concentration is analyzed by orthogonal test design and variance analysis method. It is concluded that the structural drop size A of the steering bar is the main factor causing the stress value to be larger.After optimization, the stress values of the two regions decreased by 20.89% and 13.72%, respectively.After the optimization of structural parameters, there is no pre-fracture phenomenon after mass production of the steering bar, and the optimization effect is remarkable, which meets the requirements of production and application.
