铝对镍基高温合金凝固行为的影响

【摘要】:利用等温凝固方法研究了铝对镍基合金凝固行为的影响。结果表明:Al合金元素扩大了镍基单晶高温合金的凝固温度区间。Al含量由7.5%提高到8.5%时,合金的液相线温度由1370℃降低到1360℃,固相线温度由1300℃降低到1280℃;Al使单晶合金的枝晶形貌由柱状树枝晶向胞状树枝晶发展。
